Location is excellent—just outside the Pantheon. Expect some vibrant street noise, as there is a small restaurant on the private dead‑end road and city street‑cleaning services in the morning. This is the center of Rome, so we anticipated it.
Exeptionally clean.
The size of the twin‑bed room I originally booked was a surprise for the price I paid, and I was very disappointed, as the photos are a bit decisive. However, the owners immediately took action and offered us (for the same price) an upgraded room with a king‑size bed and a sofa, which worked perfectly for our mother‑and‑adult‑son stay.
Daily host Maria deserves special mention—I would book the property again mainly because of her. She brought us coffee and fresh croissants/cornetti every morning and was exceptionally customer‑oriented.
Daily room cleaning is provided, and there is a lovely terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine (a complimentary bottle was waiting for guests in the common‑area fridge).
Overall, I would stay here again for the location and the outstanding hospitality.
