9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Location, cleanliness and sizeable rooms- heaps of space to stretch out which is needed with a family. Solid good touches like a great shower, good hairdryer, good towels, aircon and plenty of tea and coffee! Staff provided some great suggestions for sights and restaurants.
Bed was a bit too firm for me. No full length mirror and no facecloths would improve things. Also found the bed cover a little too light for this time of year. Otherwise it was perfect.

Stunning room. Comfy bed. Everything we needed. Fantastic location. Great communication.
Could have done with a full length mirror.

The staff were friendly, and it was easy to check in and check out. The hotel is conveniently located, and we didn’t need to take any buses or the subway. It takes around 30 minutes to walk to the Colosseum. There are also many cafés and restaurants around the hotel. They clean the room every morning which is awesome.
The water pressure was low, and the street was quite noisy. The windows are not double-glazed, so the noise can affect your sleep. The internet connection was weak, and the fridge didn’t work as I expected.

Staff are fantastic. Very helpful and accomodating. Great communication
Wifi would only occasionally work (more often than not, it was unusable). Air conditioning was very warm (lobby area was very cool, but room stayed warm and couldn’t be adjusted lower). Fridge was warm, and very small (only a few drink can fit in it, no food). Bathroom was dirty with hair, and small amounts of mould by the shower when we arrived. Fridge didn’t get cold. No space or drawers to put clothes.
