51 steps up to property , so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Room 6 quiet small but you are in the centre of Rome so not really a problem unless you need space.

Its the perfect location, so central. We could walk to all the main attractions. Quiet at night and felt safe in the area. So many choices of fab restaurants and cafes. The room was perfect for our stay, clean, lovely hot shower, mini fridge to cool water. Simone was on hand very quickly to answer any questions via Whatsapp. Breakfast was severed in a cute little cafe across the street, gorgeous coffee and a good selection for pasteries and sandwiches, Pasquelle was very friendly. We would definitely recommend Rome Visits

My only tiny complaint was the room we stayed in had no proper window, so no real natural light. Nothing major as we only slept there and had showers

Location is great, all the major sights are within walking distance. Room was clean, the bed very comfortable. Vathroom could be bigger but we've managed.

The floor is ceramic and very cold, especially because there was no mat in the bathroom (we used one of our towels instead). We had the room no. 6, with milky windows (no view but noise from ACs and some metal hitting the wall next to the window). There's no staff on premises, we only met a cleaner once but she didn't even bother to say hello. The owner persisted to comunicate on Whatsapp instead of Booking. The breakfast is from 7:45 -11h so if you book an early tour you can forget about it and there's no breakfast on Sunday because the bar where they organise it is closed. They also expect you to leave the city tax in cash in your room when you leave...

Location

The entry process- no one is actually at the property and the door locked us out one night. The lady on WhatsApp was very helpful and we had to go and get spare keys from a cafe across the street. But then I was anxious about it happening again when the cafe was shut or the lady on WhatsApp was not available. She also said it wasn’t her problem that the front door did not work- well this did not make sense to me as it was the only way into the accommodation! Also breakfast which was said to be included and to be ‘very good’ was a croissant and coffee from the shop across the road. It is also only available between 7.45am and 11am so if you have early tours you will not get your breakfast and I feel this should have been mentioned in the advert for the place.
