Hospitality at the highest level — we were even allowed early check-in as our room was ready, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with a phenomenal location near the old port and within walking distance to everything. Good breakfast and overall a 10/10 experience.

The location was fantastic, the rooms and hotel grounds were spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed as a family of 18, including elderly members, and the staff were especially thoughtful and accommodating. Late check out was offered to our elders’ room, and we were allowed to use the breakfast area since the weather was bad for us to get lunch outside.

Noise - I literally didn’t sleep until 02:00 when the kitchen was finally closed. The room at the basement was as noisy as sleeping in the reception sofa - no exaggeration at all. And when complaint the stuff were fairly unapologetic about it. It seems noise and no insulation comes with the room features.
