A short walk to the waterfront and in the center of the Old Town. The staff and the owner were very friendly. They accommodated my gluten free and lactose free diet.
The breakfast was sufficient enough to start a busy day in Chania, fresh eggs, cold cuts, cheese, honeydew and other fruits, coffee, etc. We loved walking the narrow streets lined up with small restaurants. From our balcony we had some view of the bay blue water. It was lovely to see the water, people passing by and the restaurant below.
There aren’t specific complaints. However guests with luggage should be aware that the Old Town is a pedestrian only area and keep in mind and allow time for a walk to the transport. We had 3 pieces of luggage and the taxi driver, per our request, came to the hotel and helped with it.

Really Good location
Good size room overall
Communication was lacking - nothing to say there was no reception on arrival and no instructions sent for entry etc
Cleaning standards need a bit of work - toilet waste bin failed to be emptied one day despite being full.
Jacuzzi cover needs to be used - and more attention paid to cleaning of jacuzzi
