Casa Veneta

Location was amazing - both a close walk to public parking areas and in the heart of the charming Old Venetian Port area, an easy walk to everything. Our balcony had a lovely view to the sea and the pedestrian only cobblestone alleyway below. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable - plus the AC worked amazingly. Stavros, the owner was extremely helpful providing recommendations for sightseeing, eateries, shopping, anything we asked about. It was wonderful to have the insight of a local who clearly loves his home. On checkout day Stavros was gracious enough to hold our bags too while we made the most of the remainder of our time in this charming little town. We definitely want to come back and when we do, we'd love to stay at Casa Veneta again!

This was not a problem for us - but just a note that there are no elevators to the upper floors. We needed the exercise after over eating all the delicious Greek food anyway :D

- Very well located. In the old town but so close to the water as well. A lot of great restaurants nearby and it was well located as a home base to explore the island - The room was a great size, very clean, the air conditioning worked well. The view was also amazing! - Stavros & George were so friendly and helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were incredible and we loved having a brief chat with them each morning on our way out

- The parking lot was full one of the days. There is paid parking and street parking as an alternative but just a heads up!

Everything about casa veneta was incredible! Stavros made the stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Everyone should stay here when they come to Chania!
