The host and the location.
Many stairs for carrying suitcases. The host helped me very gently to my arrival though.

Super convenient location at old town, the room was so comfortable with all amenities. Balcony was cute , and the staff, Tania was really kind and responsive. I want to return the next time I’m in Chania.

Bien situé, ,dans la vieille ville, très fonctionnel, studio agréable. Juste un point d'attache pour dormir.

Everything about the room and the surroundings and the staff.
It might help to have a note on the entrance door at the address something like: " For info about the rooms go left to The Botanist Pub and ask for... " and to have it in other languages as well.
And people might try the coffee there which I'm sure they'll just love.
