Comfortable bed. Lovely shower and toiletries. Amazing view over rooftops to Venetian Harbour.
Original Venetian residence, therefore two long stairways up to room, no lift. This wasn't highlighted in the hotel facilities. Not ideal for anyone struggling with stairs.

Perfect location, the builing and decor is stunning, step out of the door. You're in the maze of the old town. The harbour is 50 meters away, and the only downside is the room description of "seaview" it is only a partial view from the side, however how long do you stay in a room i such a beautiful city.

Location wise is good as it’s close to the port, the interior design is good too.
First, It’s my fault as I didn’t read that the property didn’t have lift. If you’re backpacker and your floor is on 3rd floor that’s fine, but if you have luggages and have a child it’s not ideal as my 4 year old daughter nearly fell in the stairs luckily I managed to catch her, but hurt myself instead. They are steep, and wouldn’t recommend to elderly either. For young people/backpackers I think it’s fine. My key didn’t work in the afternoon when I came back, I have to go down and walk about 10 minutes to go to the reception and fix the key which is located on different street and hotel. It was inconvenient when something like that happened, going up and down the high steep stairs is not ideal. They don’t offer late check outs and the cleaner didn’t even wait for us to get out the room before she starts cleaning, which I do understand as it’s 11:25am/ check out is 11:30 but another 5 minutes should have at least given or should’ve wait at least as me and my daughter are ready anyway, just tidying my daughters hair.
