The staff were wonderful - genuinely friendly, accommodating and helpful and made us feel at home.
The building itself is historic and interesting, which made for a lovely stay.
Location is great.
Breakfast was very good, with coffee made to order.
The hotel has steep stairs so likely wouldn’t be suitable for someone with mobility issues.
Doorframe to bathroom is low for tall people.

It is a lovely old building in the heart of the old town and the rooms are traditional which is nice. The breakfasts were very tasty too.,
We were on the top floor and there are 66 steep stairs to get there - narrow, curved and not very well lit so it was an effort to get up to the room, then there wete 10 more stairs from our room up to the bed!

Absolutely wonderful! Everything about Puerto Del Colombo is perfection. The staff could not be more helpful in travel arrangements, sightseeing, Tours, restaurant recommendations, shopping recommendations, etc.
The staff is wonderful and kind. Fluent in English. The hotel is historic but well-maintained. Extremely clean, modern bathroom accommodations. Great water pressure. Daily housekeeping. Wonderful breakfast. Cappuccinos, lattes, all coffees. Fresh orange juice. Hot foods. Eggs and breakfast meats. Fresh fruit. Cereals, yogurt, etc. definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Hotel was historic and characterful, individually furnished. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly owner and staff. Very clear directions about how to access hotel at night. Lovely welcome drink.
All the stairs! but we knew we were high up when we booked, and it was worth the effort.
