Location, cleanliness, comfortable. Though i could not meet the staff, i was provided the necessary information on time to access the property.
The steps inside was very uncomfortable to transport luggages. Especially when carrying luggages up the stairs towards the corners it was triangular with wider side towards the right where luggage would be and narrower side to step on and the stairs becomes narrower towards the top made it even difficult to transport the luggage.

Ideal location just outside the harbour. We had a lovely suite. Staff very friendly and helpful

Location, staff helpful and obliging.
Not enough space to hang towels and clothes to air apart from a very narrow wardrobe and some hooks very close to the toilet. Sofa cover a bit tired and grubby looking. Very narrow staircase.
