The room was renovated. Good amenities, including small kitchenette. Location is the biggest plus (in the middle of the historical center of Chania).
Room is small (two persons with suitcases fit with difficulty), not so well lit and air circulates with difficulty inside.

War alles sehr komfortabel und gehobene Ausstattung. Matratze war gut. Private Dachterrasse mit Meerblick ein Traum.
Ein Punkt Abzug, da es bei 6 Tagen Aufenthalt keinen frischen Bettbezug und vor allem keine frischen Handtücher gab.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, που διευκόλυνε τόσο τη πρόσβαση σε κεντρικά σημεία, όσο και τη πρόσβαση στο λιμάνι. Καθημερινή τακτοποίηση (όχι καθάρισμα) του δωματίου, μοντέρνα διαρρύθμιση και ύπαρξη όλων των απαραίτητων συσκευών. Ησυχία σε σύγκριση με άλλα καταλύματα πιο κεντρικά.
Δεν υπήρχε επαρκής καθαριότητα του δωματίου (τρίχες και άμμος στο πάτωμα, που είναι αναμενόμενο να υπάρχουν μετά από μπάνιο σε παραλία όσο προσεκτικός κι αν είναι κανείς), αρκετή υγρασία στο δωμάτιο στο μέρος του μπάνιου και του κρεβατιού (υπήρχε αφυγραντηρας μεταξύ κρεβατιού και μπάνιου, ωστόσο καθώς έχω άσθμα με ζορίστηκα κατά τη διάρκεια του ύπνου).
