The staff was kind and helpful.

There was mould and smoke odour in the hotel and the room. Room and bathroom was not clean much, there were stains and dust everywhere. Heating element in the bathroom was rusty and sticky with dirt where the towels were hanged. The room was too cold although the heater was at max. Window isolation was poor so cold air enters. The room was not worth for its price.

Good for a cheap stay, when you have low standards. When you are 2 persons and book a double room, better be a couple.

Breakfast was good and cheap. Nice staff. Public room to chill. Good water pressure in the shower

Rooms were too small for 2 people as advertised. Matrazes were old and uncomfortable. Toilet was not cleaned. Witnessed someone who wouldn’t even have been able to check in without us helping

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

It is in a pretty dangerous neighborhood, next to the red light district. It was very loud, fron outside and inside because the walls are really thin. From outside there were men screaming until late in the night. We booked a room for 2 but the bed was too small for 2 people, and the matress was a disaster. Overall, not a place where you can rest or sleep.

The room was clean. But that is the only positive point I'm afraid.

Wi-fi did not work at all. The neighbourhood is dodgy to say the least. No iron in the room, no iron room in the Hotel either. If you travel for business, be ready to face your customers with wrinkled shirts. Room and pillows and single bed not confortable. Very noisy rooms.

People were talking very loudly in the hallway in the middle of the night, and the doors slam and the walls are not thick so you hear each door when it slams.

Very friendly staff, who go way beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel rooms are also nice, and give you value for money.

The area was not safe and in the red light area. Wifi was very bad, it was difficult to do home office

The bed was small for two persons. It was very noisy and people can do what they want. Whole night was so noisy that you couldn't sleep.
