STUDIO PROMENADE FLORIDA BEACH

This is a lovely studio apartment in one of the best locations. The tramway is right outside and there is a large supermarket next door. The entrance to the apartment is very welcoming, clean and secure. Yves the owner greeted us and made us very welcome taking us to our apartment and showing us everything we needed to know. The apartment was beautifully clean and well stocked with every kitchen utensils you would need. The fridge contained a welcome bottle of wine and water from our host, which was a lovely thought. There were games to play and plenty of literature to help you get around . The balcony has comfortable table and chairs overlooking very well kept quiet gardens.

The landlord is a very kind and caring elderly person, and very enthusiastic🥰The room has a balcony, a washing machine and an air conditioner……. , I like all of them.

Property was in an amazing location with a tram stop and grocery store two minutes from the building and the beach right across the road. Owner was such a sweet man who allowed us to keep our bags with him when we had a late flight.

You clearly pay for the location here. You are just across the street from the beach. There is also a train station behind the house. The train goes to the airport or the harbor. The apartment is pretty small, slept in bigger hotel rooms but it's big enough for 2. Be aware that your view is not to the beach, it's to the backyard.

Check in was horrible. Ask to check in at specific time, but no one was there., no answer when calling the phone number of the owner. Only after calling booking.com and waiting 1,5h in 40°C with a 4 year old someone would show up to let us in. No apology, nothing.. A check in method of the 21st century (keybox, door code) would help. The bed is okay, but as soon as someone moves it makes horrible sounds. Wakes everyone else up in the room. We stayed there for 4 nights and got one role of toilet paper. The apartment has a washing machine but no powder. You are asked to bring your trash downstairs but we also only got 1 trash bag. It could be a good place to stay, but our experience was unfortunately just average.
