Nestor&Jeeves - PALAIS NICOLE - Central - Very close sea

The location was hreat, quiet building. Noosy outside but w window closed quiet. Large space.

We would have liked some pepper, oil. A map of area, suggestions of restaurants.

The location was fine for us. It was easy reach for every day items food etc. Restaurants are a 10 minute walk away with great choice. We did have to do a good bit of walking as it was out of the centre. As the week progressed we started using the tram, bus and train. All very good and easy to use.

The apartment was a good size. It had two bath rooms one of which we did not use as it had a very unpleasant smell. The one with the washing machine in it. We did use the cleaning products available but it did not help. Unfortunately and out with the control of the owner the back bedroom which we preferred to use as it is away from street noise suffers from food smells coming from the hotel kitchens which neighbour the property. We kept the window/doors closed. We booked an airport transfer through Nestor & Jeeves. We were quoted 45 euro. The transfer worked well taking us for the keys and on to the apartment. We were charged 50 euro. I raised this with N&J who said they were unaware of the price rise.... They are still quoting 45 euro..... I informed them that I no longer wished the return transfer and they confirmed it was cancelled. On our departure day I was contacted by the transfer driver stating he was at the property to collect us!!! He clearly had not been cancelled by N&J

It was clean and very spacious.

Nothing in particular comes to mind.
