BEAUTIFUL apartment , beach 3 min walk , free parking, near Negresco

This place was so beautiful, comfortable, and clean. It was in a great part of town and allowed us to explore so much of Nice easily. The host was amazing! Very responsive and ensured we got in safe and sound. Even had wine and chocolate for us. It was so great!

Alles wie beschrieben, sehr gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung Sehr sauber In der Nähe ausreichend Möglichkeiten um etwas zu essen zu kaufen, Cafés und Restaurants fussläufig, Strand ebenso. Ins Altstadtzentrum kann man schön durch die Gassen oder entlang der Promenade am Meer spazieren, ca 25-30 min. Hat uns nicht gestört, es gibt so viel zu entdecken Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr gut, sehr bemüht und im Apartment ist alles gut beschrieben: Tipps zu Restaurants oder Ausflügen, genaue Erklärung wie es mit der Parkgarage funktioniert Parkgarage ca 15 min vom Apartment zu Fuß Richtung Altstadt erreichbar, Gepäck kann man aber gut ausladen und dann weiterfahren Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, Ventilatoren in den beiden Schlafzimmern, Wohnung ist hell, aber angenehm kühl, keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung

Katja was such a lovely host. She met us at the apartment, helped us park, provided recommendations, and even left us with a bottle of wine and chocolate. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for a family of 5. The AC worked well and there was lift for my mom. There were beach towels and pads and it was an easy walk to the waterfront. We loved our stay in Nice!

The apartment is very comfortable, on a quiet street, and a short walk to the beach. Katya and Sasha are amazing hosts. They helped us park the car and bring it back on the morning of our departure, gave good advice on life in Nice, and even provided a bottle of wine and chocolate as a welcome gift.

The free parking is a ten-minute walk from the apartment.
