Convenient location. Just 6 minutes from nice train station to monte-Carlo and 6 mins on foot to the tram station for nice airport. 15 mins drive or 25 mins walk to nice old town. Cozy rooms and I like the balcony of the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. Air conditioning is well functioned. The host is very nice.
There is no blanket in one of the 3 rooms.

The location was good. Everything was near the house such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant &… .
The cooler was good. It was clean.
It had all of facilities that you need.
The elevator was too small and slow.
And the shower had a problem, it was getting warm and cold.
