About this apartment rental
BEACH COTTAGE TERRACE is a spacious family apartment with two bedrooms on the top floor. It is located in the Golden Square in the city center, a few steps from the sea and the famous Negresco Hotel. The apartment benefits from two terraces : one which faces south with a pleasant sea view. The other one as a veranda with two openable sliding windows with a hills view.
The decoration of the apartment is a marriage between classic and rustic. The beams on the ceiling, the cocooning corner with decorative fireplace, the herringbone parquet flooring and the veranda terrace will plunge you into the warm atmosphere of a summer cottage.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Excellent location close to everything! Great washer and dryer. Clean and enough space for family of four. Beautiful balconies and working elevator. Would definitely like to rent again in the future!

A little trouble with the lock, you have to turn the keys a few times to get the bolt pulled all the way back.
After that it was great. Clean and nice. AC works well and has remote control. Spacious. We really enjoyed the kitchen where you can see a little bit of sea out the window. Location is just a few blocks from a tram station and there are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area.
