Great location and very easy to get everywhere. View from apartment was incredible. All the information for the apartment was very clear and concise.

It was quite a long walk to pick up the keys. Only complaint would be that you had to hold the shower head. It really needs a hook to hang the shower head on. The one that was there was too far away.

Ingen frokost, super utsikt fra veranda, men det var trafikkstøy døgnet rundt + flystøy hele dagen. Så hvis vi skal tilbake vil vi nok velge noe lenger unna promenaden. Flere matbutikker og en restaurant i nærheten Verten var grei og lot oss få være lenger i leiligheten, da vårt fly gikk sent på dagen.

Det står at det er to bad, det er det ikke. Det var ett bad med badekar og vask, og ett « bad» med ett toalett men uten vask. Det var ett stykke å gå inn til sentrum.

The apartment has a very beautiful sea view. The host is very welcoming and friendly.

The apartment has one major issue: it is located directly on a main road (Promenade des Anglais), which results in an extremely high noise level inside the apartment, especially at night. Due to the constant traffic noise, it is practically impossible to get proper sleep. Moreover, the apartment is positioned at the same level as the street lamps, which brightly illuminate the rooms throughout the night. Unless the blinds are fully closed, it’s impossible to sleep due to the intense artificial light. However, closing the blinds completely leads to unbearable heat and lack of ventilation, making the night equally uncomfortable. And without restful sleep, there is no real vacation. A place that prevents basic rest cannot be considered suitable for a séjour agréable. Therefore, in its current state, the apartment is completely unsuitable for a relaxing stay. The name "PROMENADE HOLIDAY" is gravely misleading and does not reflect the actual living conditions. Considering the above, the price is utterly disproportionate to the comfort offered and should be reconsidered. A central location alone does not justify such a high rate.
