We loved its position right opposite the beach & sea. It was very close to a supermarket which was great for shopping for food. It was also very close to the tram station. The air con was good in the bedroom as it was so hot.
The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Great location to public transportation. Quiet neighborhood location compared to Nice Centre. Clean , comfortable and gorgeous view!

The location is great! Beautiful view of the beach and promenade. Spacious compared to other accommodations we've had in France. The bathroom and shower are wonderful. Bus line and metro line very close. Two grocery stores within a block.
Had to collect/return the keys to an office 1/2 mile away from the apartment. That's a long distance when one has luggage/mobility issues! Road noise on the Promenade can be quite loud at times.
