A very nice apartment in an amazing location! My husband and I stayed here for five days/four nights. The host was friendly, responsive, and proactive. The video that was sent to us before check-in was very helpful. The kitchen was updated and well-equipped for all meals, minus a few small things that we had to buy (coffee, black pepper, etc.). We loved having a clothes washer and dishwasher and appreciated that several detergent tablets were provided for each. The double sliding doors helped to quiet the traffic noise from the street at night, along with the small fan in the apartment. I can't say enough good things about the location--a nice public beach is literally across the street! The apartment is about a 15 minute bike ride from the airport and a 20-30 minute walk to city center. It is near some bus and tram stops but we just walked and biked everywhere. Would love to stay here again!

For a five day/four night stay, it would have been helpful to supply a few extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few extra trash bags.

The apartment at Promenade de Anglaise 71 is perfectly well located, just 30 minutes walk to the old city on the beautiful boulevard. We do the walk every evening, it was awesome 😎 the height of the balcony is just at the top of surrounding palm trees over the lovely bay of Angels.

There was a hot water issue on the morning after arrival, but it was fixed by 10 am. No more events.
