Excellent location and nice view
The interaction with the concierge is complicated. We had to go to the concierge’s office to pick up and drop off the keys. Not the most convenient and customer friendly approach.
Also we received automated message that at departure we had to clean the dishes empty the dishwasher etc etc as if we were the cleaning service!!!

A localização, o espaço do apartamento e a vista para o mar. Muito perto da Promenade e do transporte de e para o aeroporto.
Cozinha bem equipada.
Seria melhor alguém estar à espera para entregar as chaves e também poderíamos ter deixado as chaves dentro do apartamento à saída, sem ter de voltar à agência para devolver. Não gosto muito de não contactar pessoalmente com alguém, como acontece aqui.

This turned out to be an iconic penthouse apartment in an iconic building from the time c100 years ago when Nice was developing as a glamorous holiday location. It was even featured in a film we saw about Nice in the nearby museum! We loved the terrace, the sea views, the beautiful stairways and proximity to the excellent tram system.
For a high-end property the necessity of collecting the keys and returning them (with all our luggage and always in the opposite direction to the airport) felt annoyingly inconvenient. We've travelled a lot to managed self catering companies and have rarely had to do this. Indeed the whole 'on-line concierge' system felt quite officious and remote. In contrast, the little notes left by the family at the apartment were welcoming and personal. You were clearly a big part of saving this great building and I applaud you.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The views were amazing. Beds were comfortable and overall the house was equipped with all the necessary items. We would absolutely stay here again. We didn’t want to leave.
Pick up and drop off of the keys at a different location is a bit of a pain when hauling luggage etc without a car.
There were no specific instructions for where the garbage bins were located and we had trouble finding where to leave the garbage when we were leaving.
