We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great: the beach is only a 3-minute walk away, and the tram stop is right outside the apartment. It was super easy to get to both the city center and the airport in about 20-30 minutes. A very convenient place to stay if you want to explore Nice without needing a car. Would definitely stay here again!

Location of the apartment (good airport connection and nice walking distance to the old town and promenade) and comfy bed. Coffee shop with good pastry and Carrefour are also nearby. Tram stop in front of the building.

Flat is extremely loud. It does not matter if your widows are closed or open: you could hear all the noise from the street and from the neighbours. Since the flat is by the main and busy street, the noise is constant. For people who are light sleepers it would be a horrible experience. Also, there is very little privacy there due to fact that there is only one set of curtains: if you keep them open, you are exposed to the people leaving in the opposite buildings. There is no kettle in the flat, only an appliance - small coffee maker, but since there is no socket in the kitchen, you need to place it on the floor to make tea/coffee. I think that for the price, the apartment should undergo some improvements.
