Entrée privative, Spacieux, propres, équipements et grande terrasse. Gentillesse des propriétaires et du personnel. Nice est très bien desservie en transport, pratique pour découvrir les alentours.

Route avec du passage, mais ne nous a pas gêné pour dormir.

The property is in an excellent location with great amenities around.

The bed is less than comfortable. The linen is old and worn and the shower leeks terribly leaving water all over the floor. The mould in the bathroom is a little off putting but considering there's no window and only a small extractor fan it would be an ongoing battle.

The location was amazing and it's hard to imagine a more conveniently located apt. It was a 5 minute walk from the tram to/from the airport, a 2 minute walk to the grocery store and a bakery, a 20 minute walk to the market and old town, and the Mediterranean is just across the road (a crosswalk is just outside the door) and the Promenade des Anglais. The apt. has an outdoor seating area between the apt. and road. If the weather is nice and one isn't confined indoors, this apt. is perfectly fine.

The apt. itself is 'utilitarian'. The appliances work, and the washroom is fine. However, the furniture is very basic and quite uncomfortable, the lighting is pretty bad, and the bed is quite flimsy (if one person moves, the other person feels it). We were also disappointed that there was only enough dish soap to do 2 meals' worth of dishes, and only enough hand soap for one day. There was some salt but the jar of pepper was at least 2 years old. We obviously don't expect hosts to provide fully stocked kitchens but compared to other apartments we stayed in where hosts provided tea, coffee, a variety of herbs and spices for cooking, ample dish and hand soap, this one fell far short.
