Perfect location and a quiet apartment — right next to the sea and with a tram stop just in front. The bed was new (different from the one in the pictures). The apartment also had useful amenities like a washing machine and a coffee machine (both with capsules). In the kitchen, there were basic pots, pans, salt, a few packets of sugar, teas, and everything else you might need for cooking (no cooking oil nor pepper though). Towels and soap were also provided.
The apartment would benefit from a thorough cleaning. It wasn’t too bad—bed sheets and towels were clean, and there was no unpleasant smell—but some attention to detail would be appreciated. For this price range, it was fine. The balcony would also benefit from furniture replacement.

For a low-budget stay, this was a pretty good option. The location was convenient. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was clean, functional, and matched the description.
One downside was that the kitchen didn’t have any basic cooking essentials like spices, oil, or other pantry items — which would have made cooking a bit easier.

Good location, close to the tram, close to the beach.
Good price.
The girl with the keys was responsive, already there waiting for us.
Clean sheets, nice bathroom, the apartment was refreshed recently.
You have your kitchen, microwave and washing machine even if I don't think many people will use it.
The place was unclean; dust everywhere: under the bed, on the AC, on the floor, the balcony was not cleaned, rusted table.
TV was not working.
