Stunning

The private beach is stunning, people are generous, kind and really helpful. They knew I was coming late for the check in so they booked for me a taxi and offer me the breakfast since I didn’t eat in the 6 hours bus

Nothing but just to let you know it is kind of far away from the center by walk so make sure you have a car or get a taxi

They upgraded our room for free. We got a superior triple room with sea view.. beach is steps away.. I've been before and this is perfect for couples or families with children. Restaurant bar shops are seconds away. We will definitely be back in August. Thank you for your hospitality

Amazing views and the best beach in the area

The view was incredible, the bathroom, bedroom and ammenities were good, the private beach is lovely- we only regret not spending more time in the beach! We got carried away with the hype we'd heard of Ksamil and it (Ksamil) was incredibly dissapointing. If you come, this beach is better than the ones in Ksamil- they are all rammed and not relaxing at all. So - amazing views and amazing beach- worth the price because of this.

The service was a bit weird. There's no reception at all, so we felt a bit lost trying to look for someone to help us "check in". When we met the girl who was in the bar and introduced herself as the host, she just showed us to the room without even asking our names. I'm guessing we were the only ones checking in that day but I would have thought asking who we were before showing us the room was important- she did check our ID's after we'd gone into the room. It's worth noting the host was very kind and friendly and when we asked for something, we always got it straight away. There was no room cleaning service in the nights we were there but we saw the cleaner a couple of times and she seemed lovely. It seems they only clean between guests and not while you are there. The bathroom only had shampoo/conditioner- no body soap or body wash so we used the shampoo for our bodies too! We also only had a started toilet roll when we arrived and because they don't clean between nights we had to ask our host for another one. One of our towels was dirty on arrival but we asked for another one and they gave it straight away.

The staff fooled us!

The view from the front rooms is definitely worth it!

My girlfriend and I arrived on Saturday at 22:30. We had booked the room with balcony facing the sea. The staff gave us a different room, much less than what we were expecting. We complained saying that was not the room we had booked. The staff then said the room we booked was not available till next day, but she proposed to move us to the correct room the day next. For me, it was not a good solution of course. Seems that she tried to fool us, giving something much less for the same price. Because if she knew in advance the room was not available, she could have proposed new solutions by the time we arrived and not wait for us to complain. She then promised a discount in the first night but for that, my girlfriend should cancel our booking. We were tired, long day travelling, we accepted. However, the room we were supposed to be was available from the day next and I decided to book again. The last day, checkout, she wanted to give us only 5 euro discount what is ridiculous and completely inacceptable! She then gave 10 euro discount and that was it! My girlfriend and I contacted booking.com but you guys were not that helpful either. As the staff cancelled the booking for free, booking.com could not do anything about that, and it is so bad, you did not take into account the customer experience! What the hotel staff did is just so mean and irresponsible because for sure they knew how to proceed in this case, where they made a HUGE MISTAKE, to not harm them at the same time we as costumers felt so harmed and nothing can be done to protect us. This situation was simply ridiculous! In many years travelling and using booking.com I have never faced something like that!

It was really good

The family were extremely nice and very attentive especially their daughters . I seriously think the owner cleans 24 hours. The place was spotless especially the bathroom. I have a thing about A clean bathroom . I couldn’t find any mole or stains anywhere . Great job by the family . Thanks for been so kind. This is where I will be staying when I returned to Sarenda ❤️

Quiet place for relaxing times

Wonderful place and even more amazing is the family who runS this villa. Extremely helpful, they prepared me light dinner as I arrived late and didn’t have chance to eat earlier. The daughter Zerina was so wonderful - so hospitable and thoughtful. We chatted till late that night and she kept me company while I was eating. Told me about Albania. Great place - wonderful family :)
