Very nice hotel

The staff was great, very nice, and very helpful. Breakfast was rich and tasty. The hotel has its own beach which is really great! The hotel provides parking near by for the guests.

The hotel is pretty old, and it seems the rooms are not very well maintained. The location is a little far from the center, about 20 mins walking

Pleasant stay, would stay if we paid extra price to have one of the nicer room on floor 2 and up

Clean, location was a nice distance outside of busier areas, which created a safer and quieter environment. Beach area was nice with extremely attentive staff both on the beach and in the restaurant area. A/c was very effective. Cleaners were great left room fresh and clean everyday

Staff in hotel kept conversation to minimum, some facilities missing such as phone in room, kettle, no pool, wifi didn’t reach our room, handles on all doors and windows were lose and nearly falling off, breakfast closed at 9:30am. Our balcony door didn’t lock very securely, that porch was easily accessible for anyone to access from outside the hotel. Room lacked space in general. No option to decline room cleaning as there was no sign for outside the door .

Penthouse suite is amazing. Wonderful views and very clean

We stayed in the Penthouse. 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family and the ENORMOUS patio overlooking the sea was so cool. Very clean, comforting and great overall.

A quiet peaceful gateway

The penthouse apartment has a really good view. The staff was really sweet and helpful. We even met the owner who was very friendly. There’s a dog on the premises whose name is Maslum and he’s the best thing about the property :)

Great comfortable stay with a beach view and private beach access!

Triple room was comfortable, nice balcony and clean. Breakfast was a good spread with new Albanian treats to try each morning and the private beach is lovely, not at all crowded in October! Location is a bit out of town but no more than 15 min walk from Central and the promenade and great restaurants nearby.

Shower makes the room a bit wet but pretty standard. Beach is rocky as are most in the area.

Well placed great food and great people.

The Hotel in general is beautiful and well located at Sarande promenade. Staff especially Imena and all team members were very lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was okay, I am sure there a room for improvement. Location of hotel, café and beach were amazing. Food at the café & restaurant was amazing, loved cocktails too. Much better food then outside. We had a technical issue that caused lot of inconvenience but the team handled well within their limitations. Overall a lovely place in Sarande.

Technical issue could have been sorted prior to room allocation had it been proactively escalated but I don't want to be harsh, it was full tourist season and team had difficulty getting right person to fix it. But still handled well. No drinking water in the room, we had to buy our own water. Very surprising. We were not informed at reception or else we would have made arrangement. One small bottle to start with will be good gesture to eliminate inconvenience. Again this issue is not hotel specific, I learnt that the local businesses don't get much help from local government with water, rubbish and basic utilities. May be hotel can be forth coming to let the guests know of some basics at the point of check-in.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, everyone was pleasant and willing to help. The room was exactly as in the pictures, clean. Good breakfast, a lot and everything. Exceeded expectations, we will definitely be back!

The hotel is right on the beach with a gorgeous restaurant terrace overlooking the sea. There’s a private beach for the hotel guests as well as a beach bar. All of the staff was very helpful and their knowledge of english was great! Internet was great, as well as on the beach! Guarded private parking 150m from the hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day and they provide clean towels every day also. The breakfast is almost the same always (sausages, eggs, bread, salad, cereals, coffee, tea and drinks).

The only downside is that there are no showers on the beach.

the stuff was nice and location was away from the busy downtown

a lot of stray animals that were being ignored, yelled at and abused by the stuff. I even asked the stuff if they take care of them or feed them and they laughed at me.

Probably great during summer season

We loved the view. We loved that the doors opened to make it look like the entire apartment was a balcony overlooking the sea.

When we arrived and brought to our room, I noticed immediately it was not the room we booked. I saw the room we got but did not pick this because it was not as nice. We gooked the penthouse and did not receive the penthouse. I went back to reception and had a language barrier, showing him the pictures of the apartment we had booked. He shook his head and called the owner. The owner then said there was "a problem with the apartment I had booked". There was no real explaination and I would think this could have been stated before arrival. I mentioned that I saw the apartment online that we were given and it was cheaper. She tried to state it was not and that it was, "the same". I assure you it was not the same as the pictures at all. To remedy, they brought us a bottle of wine. I felt like we were stuck with no other option. Now, I am not saying this wasn't a fine apartment, because it was. It just wasn't what I booked or what I was expecting and what I paid for. So, just be aware, they can switch you to a lesser apartment without communication and there is nothing that you can do. Also, breakfast had its highs and lows. The 1st morning, we came down on the later end of the window and the eggs were cold. Since we were there during shoulder season, there was no buffet, just whatever they brought you. No choices. The 2nd morning was the best. They brought us fresh, just cooked eggs and they were great. The 3rd day was the least appetizing. The eggs were already on the table when we came down and they were ice cold. The rest was the same, juice, some cold cuts with cold cheese, untoasted bread with jams. a small plate of vegetables with feta. Overall, we would give breakfast a 5/10. It was nice to have, but had potential to be so much better. Now, as mentioned, we were there during shoulder season but it was still sunny and warm. The "beach" area was nothing like the pictures.

We liked the most the friendliness of the employees in the hotel. All of them were so.nice, but Sophia was the best. She invited us to her birthday party and it was amazing.

- the breakfast was good but it kept running out of items and we had to wait. coffee could have been better. - was difficult to put the items from beach bar into rooms bill, had to pay most of the time meaning we had to carry the money
