Absolutely fantastic!

The Location is beautiful, not far from the center and you have complete peace and quiet here. Everything is super clean and new. We stayed 5 nights and we had different breakfast every morning and it was really tasty and always enough. The host was a lovely guy. Always friendly, always helpful and courteous. We would come back here every time.

A little piece of paradise

What an absolute treasure of a place this is! From the minute we were greeted by the sweet host, we felt like home. He was so attentive and ready to help with anything. The room was spacious, modern, airy with lots of light and beautifully designed. Spotless clean! The view and colour of the sea was absolutely stunning! There is private beach and loungers right outside of the rooms, no need to walk anywhere. We had dinner in the next door hotel, which we thoroughly recommend, it was the best meal we had on our Albanian trip. Breakfast was homemade and absolutely delicious. And a fantastic coffee! It was quiet and relaxing, a perfect escape! We wouldn't change this for any hectic resort! We genuinely think we will be back in the near future for some extended time.

Excellent stay at Lluka see veiw

Excellent beachfront hotel with a direct access private beach with crystal clear water. Lisander the host was amazing and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms we cozy and clean with a great sea view. Highly recommended.

The public area of the hotel was not completed but it did not bother us. The hotel is a a bit far from Sarande town center, but for us this was actually an advantage (much more quite). Since we had a car we could travel to town whenever we wanted (5 minutes).

Lluka was such a beautiful treat. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is it. Still very close to the action but far enough that you feel you are in your own little paradise. It is family run, the space is newly renovated, and the breakfast is delicious. I would absolutely return!

From the brand new ultra clean rooms to the otherworldly sea views, this dream hotel is nothing short of a miracle. The staff were beyond helpful and so accommodating at every instance when needed, but also gave you space to relax and enjoy your stay in privacy and blissful calm. The bed was so comfy and the bathrooms were spotless and modern. The family that runs the place are all so friendly and ready with a smile and a fresh beach towel. Breakfast is delicious and beach lounges are luxurious and looking over the finest waters that the Albanian Riviera can offer. An amazing place in an amazing location!

Greatest place we had in Sarandë! Brand new tiny property with exceptional service. We enjoyed our spacious modern rooms with exceptional bathroom and a large balcony. We were happy to have a week stay at this property for: - it’s extremely clean rooms and premises - it’s modern design - it’s spacious classy bathroom - it’s comfortable beds - possibility to have rooms close by (travelling with teens) - it’s authentic tasty home made breakfast - it’s private beach and limpid waters of the sea - it’s discreet and attentive service by Sandro - most friendly and respectful hosts

Excellent stay – clean, comfortable, and perfect location by the sea

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The private parking was very convenient, especially for travelers with a car. The location is excellent – just a few steps to the crystal-clear sea, which was perfect for swimming and relaxing. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious, offering a great variety of fresh options to start the day. It was clear that quality ingredients were used. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a clean, well-located hotel with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

Obiekt piękny nowy czysty z super lokalizacją i widokiem na morze. Śniadania dobre i wystarczające. Personel super przyjazny i pomocny nawet jak przyjechaliśmy spóźnieni w nocy to bez problemu nas przyjeli. Okolica cicha spokojna nad piękną zatoczką poza centrum Sarandy. Polecam

Wunderbare! Vielen lieben Dank an Lisander für den tollen Aufenthalt!!

Lisander ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Extrem bemüht! Meine Freundin war sehr gerührt weil er sie von sich aus gefragt hat ob sie spiezielle Wünsche habe, zB eine Glutenunverträglichkeit. Sie isst glutenfrei und Lisander hat sich täglich beim Frühstück darum gekümmert! Das ist insofern bemerkenswert da er von sich aus gefragt hat!! Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern ist herrlich. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt, durch die Randlage ist es aber sehr ruhig und die direkt vom Haus in die schöne Badebucht führende Leiter ist herrlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. PS: Mit Butrint, Gjirokaster und Korfu hat man auch gleich 3 wunderbare Ausflugsziele in der Nähe!

Prachtige locatie! Mooie kamer en heerlijk ontbijt. Je hebt fijne ligbedden en kan goed de zee in om te zwemmen. De vriendelijke eigenaar is aanwezig om een cappuccino of ander drankje bij te bestellen. Wij hebben heel erg genoten!

Siperfreundliche Leute , sehr zuvorkommend, vor allem Lessander. Nicht viel Auswahl beim Frühstück, dafür alles voll lecker. Sehr guter Kaffee. Direkt am Meer, Meeresrauschen in der Nacht, toll.

Magnifique, détente absolue

Petit déjeuner copieux et variés L'accueil très agréable, les hôtes sont super. Lieu calme est magnifique. La mer directement devant l'hôtel Le meilleur hôtel que nous avons fait sur les 12. Le meilleur accueil aussi, très chaleureux, ce qui manque en général aux précédents L'hôtel et surtout les chambres sont TRES propres.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel récent. Accueil très agréable au petit soin pour nous. La plage privée devant l’hôtel. Un peu excentrer mais très appréciable car très calme.

Le petit déjeuner : pas de viennoiseries sucrées mais le propriétaire m’a fait des crêpes voyant que je ne mangeais pas l’omelette aux saucisses. J’ai beaucoup apprécié.

Мы провели в этом отеле замечательный отдых, и хочу от всей души поблагодарить людей, которые его содержат и там работают. Местоположение просто великолепное — это именно то, чего ждёшь от идеального отдыха. Уединение, тишина, спокойствие, отдельный вход в море и собственный пляж отеля — всё это создаёт ощущение, что ты оказался в своём маленьком раю. Персонал — отдельная история. Здесь встречают не как постояльцев, а как дорогих гостей, как старых друзей или даже как родственников. Любой вопрос решается с вниманием и заботой, любую просьбу выполняют с теплом и искренним желанием помочь. Такое отношение встречаешь очень редко, и оно делает пребывание здесь по-настоящему особенным. Завтраки заслуживают отдельной похвалы — всё вкусно, разнообразно, и самое главное, учитываются индивидуальные пожелания гостей. Это создаёт чувство домашнего уюта. И, конечно, вид из номера! Просыпаться с таким пейзажем — настоящее счастье. Он настолько красив, что даже не хочется выходить из комнаты. Спасибо всем, кто создаёт такую атмосферу. Благодаря вам отдых стал незабываемым, тёплым и по-настоящему душевным. Обязательно хочется вернуться сюда снова!

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel familial. L’accueil est chaleureux, on se sent vraiment comme à la maison, mais avec un service aux petits soins digne des plus grands établissements. L’endroit est magnifique, au bord de l’eau, idéal pour se détendre et profiter du cadre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et change chaque jour, avec la possibilité de faire des demandes selon ses envies, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

O quarto é ótimo, tudo está novo e o banho é excelente!!! A localização é perfeita para quem quer sossego, com acesso a praia, que é praticamente privativa e a 20min de caminhada do centro de Sarande. Como um ponto alto de nossa estadia, destaco a acolhedora recepção de Lisander e sua família, eles não pouparam esforços para nos atender com excelência, desde questionar as nossas preferências ou restrições para o café da manhã, dar dicas locais até estar disponível para um bate papo sobre a história e curiosidades do País. Passamos ótimos momentos no Lluka Sea Side.

Superbe établissement

Hôtel incroyable Lluka est une personne qui prend soins de vous du début à la fin, nous avons eu le droit à une bouteille de Proseco en guise de bienvenue. Celui-ci demande nos allergie ou autre pour la préparation du petit déjeuner. Et une plage privé incroyable avec des bons restaurants à coter.

Incroyable

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Vila Luka. Cet endroit est une pépite extrêmement rare, que ce soit pour la beauté des lieux, le calme, le confort de la chambre ou encore la gentillesse du personnel. En effet, le personnel est toujours attentif aux moindres besoins, et à l’écoute de nos demandes, toujours prêt à rendre service, conseiller, ou juste passer du temps pour parler et apprendre à se connaître. La Vila, est toute neuve, la chambre est magnifique, confortable et fonctionnelle avec une vu mer à couper le souffle. La plage privé est vraiment calme, la mer est magnifique, et transparente. Pour le petit déjeuner Lexander était très à l’écoute de nos goût et nous avions des produits frais et de bonne qualité cuisinés par sa maman. Cela nous a permis de découvrir les spécialités locales. De plus pour le midi et le soir vous pourrez manger aux restaurants des Vilas juste à côté qui appartiennent aux cousins/oncles de Lexander, ils proposent d’excellent plats, cocktails etc… et servent des portions généreuses, tout cela pour un prix très accessible en vue de la qualités des aliments cuisinés, cela associer à la vue sur mer, et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. N’hésitez pas une seconde à réserver, allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu. La Vila Luka reste pour nous inoubliable et on reviendra , c’est sûr. Merci beaucoup Lexander et à bientôt !
