I can't wait to go back there next year and even stay longer😍

It was a fantastic place to spend your vacation days, you found a spiritual peace both from the sea over which you could see a super fantastic sunset and from the beautiful garden in front of the hotel. The owners were very friendly and pleasant. The facility was close to the port and the promenade and along the way you had the opportunity to shop from various shops.

Great apartment on the beach and close to amenities with great owners.

Location close to the ferry port. Own beach area with free sun-beds. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Friendly owner who helped us throughout and we even had our room services which we didn’t expect from an apartment booking. Thank you.

Great value

We spent two nights at Amelie's apartment and we loved our stay . The room was exactly as described, with a beautiful view of the beach that made watching the sunset from the balcony a real highlight. The flat was spotless, and the hallway had a wonderfully inviting fragrance. The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk from the main promenade. Parking is available on-site, but we chose to leave the car on the street, which made it easier when heading out. A great bonus was the inclusion of two sunbeds and an umbrella for the small beach right in front of the apartment, definitely a nice touch.

There’s no sign on the main street, so it can be a little tricky to find. Just head down the street in front of the mini market and you’ll get there.

Beachfront and great

We booked last minute due to another property cancelling last minute. We had a room at the back of the building which we knew. Nice garden and free sunbeds. Little bar. Quite dated room and bathroom but we paid very little and it was spotless.

A little difficult to find the entrance.

Great stay

The staff was very friendly and kind The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The garage to park was a great plus considering that the streets are quite busy and finding a spot might be challenging. The private beach area is narrow but still pretty and appreciated.

It was a bit tricky to locate the entrance as it was on a side street of the main street, so a sign would be helpful.

The best place in Saranda

It was the best place that I stay in Albania with beach included ⛱️, the room it was very nice, clean and comfortable 👌. The staff it is perfect, very friendly and helpful. And the sea it was under my balcony room 😃. I recommend highly this place. I think that it is the best place in Saranda on the beach and only 5 minute away from the center and walking zone.

Perfect choice for Ksmail

Very clean, great location, had a lot of really nice amenities like cooking essentials and a balcony. Bathroom was also great since it had a shower curtain that kept the rest of the bathroom clean. The staff is super friendly and happy to help!

Great location, lovely little beach and nice to have the sun loungers and umbrella included with the hotel. Easy to walk to main promenade - (be sure to visit the archeological museum if visiting Sarande!)

I only stayed for 2 nights but enjoyed my stay here very much and would return here.

I liked the view, the location right on the beach and that the sunbeds and umbrella were included. I liked not being far from the Spar supermarket. I liked the size of the refrigerator.

My view of the sea was partly obstructed by a tree. On the other hand I had a balcony around a corner. There was a long wait for hot water in the bathroom. I could not have cooked if I had wanted to because there were no cooking facilities.

Por diccir algo malo, debería ter máis equipamento na cociña, había só unha culler, non había tazas para almorzar, non había xabrón para lavar a louza, etc. Aínda así, se non vas en plan de cociñar o sitio e perfecto.

beachfront and gorgeous! in the off season the beach was semi-private and the location was about a 15 minute walk from everything! the hosts were very attentive and helpful if we ever needed anything and were super friendly!

things to know- it’s a bit hard to find go down the road and look for the green gates! it’s also cash pay!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Schönes Apartment mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Kleiner privater Strand direkt vor der Tür. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ruhig und sauber. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Fähranleger nach Korfu, Supermarkt in 5 Minuten und die Taverna als bestes Restaurant von Saranda und preiswert ebenfalls nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Wasser und der Strand sind sehr sauber. Es gibt kostenlos Liegestühle und Schirme, außerdem eine kleine Bar mit einer Terrasse die aufs Meer hinaus geht.

Die Dusche ist nicht optimal. Entweder klebt einem der Vorhang beim Duschen am Körper oder man überschwemmt das Badezimmer. Positiv ist, daß ein Wischmop und ein Eimer bereit stehen.

Aanrader als je niet teveel van luxe houdt.

Heerlijk rustig qua ligging, precies wat ik zocht. Eigen strand, bedjes met kussens op 50m van apt. Iedere 3 dagen schone lakens en handdoeken. Prima bedden en appartement groot genoeg. Parkeerplaats voor auto. Ontzettend aardige behulpzame eigenaar die via whatsapp of tel. bereikbaar is. Goede wifi.

Een waterkoker, magnetron en wat meer keukengerei zouden handig zijn. Kleinere koekenpan.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für einen Strandurlaub.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Man ist in ein paar Minuten an der Promenade. Die Unterkunft ist trotzdem schön ruhig gelegen. Der Privatstrand mit eigenen Liegen war perfekt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Fantástica elección en Sarande!!!

La situación es muy buena, primera línea de mar, como en una pequeña bahía, pero con todos los servicios cerca. El dueño nos trató de 10. La zona con hamacas y sombrillas es un punto a favor, y tiene un pequeño bar para pedir bebidas.

No es que no me gustara, pero los datos para móvil a veces iba lento. Pero vaya, sin más importancia y menos estando de vacaciones.

Camera con vista mare

Gentilezza e accoglienza di alto livello. All’arrivo il proprietario ci ha offerto una bevanda per rinfrescarci, ci ha mostrato la stanza vista mare e la spiaggia con ombrellone e due lettini ad uso gratuito proprio sotto la finestra della stanza. Bellissimo mare, possibilità di affittare anche moto ad acqua. Iced coffee buonissimo e prezzi davvero ottimi. Nella stanza presente anche un cucinino, un bollitore e una piastra per pasti veloci. Bellissima esperienza!

Bardzo czysto i widać, że Właściciele dbają o obiekt. Piękne widoki na morze. Przestronne pokoje. Prywatne zejście do plaży z barem! Mega wyjątkowi Właściciele, których serdecznie pozdrawiam - są bardzo pomocni i dbają w komfort klienta! Polecam to miejsce każdemu kto chce miło i spokojnie spędzić wyjątkowy urlop!

Goede uitvalsbasis in Saranda

De locatie is zeer goed, paar minuutjes wandelen van de promenade en met rechtstreekse toegang tot het privé strand met ligbedden en met beachbar. Ruim, schoon appartement met goede bedden en balkon.

Het appartement is eenvoudig en sober ingericht, maar dat is ook conform de prijs (bv geen douchebak of -gordijn dus de hele badkamer is nat als je doucht, slechts 1 lamp (geen nachtlampjes)...). Zeezicht was bij ons relatief: appartement lag aan de zijkant met vooral zicht op andere gebouwen. Maar opnieuw: prijs-kwaliteit is dit appartement prima!

Ми вперше відпочивали в Саранді. Цей отель вибирали випадково. Дуже сподобалося розташування, прямо на березі чудового моря, свій пляж,вид на острів Корфу, чистота в номері, прибирання через два дні, готель тихий, приємний, безкоштовно користування лежаками . Дуже приємні власники готелю, чудова сім'я!!!. Це те місце куди бажаєш знову повернутися! Дякуємо! Рекомендуємо!

Günstige Unterkunft mit Meerblick

Lage war super,hatten vom Balkon direkten Blick aufs Meer. Zum Strand musste man nur durch den Garten. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Parkplatz im Hof. Personal super freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke.

Badezimmer war sehr klein und die Dusche war offen direkt vor dem Klo,das fanden wir nicht gut. Es gab zwar eine Küche-auf dem Balkon war ein Miniraum,aber man kann nicht wirklich kochen,es gab einen Minitopf und eine Minipfanne und eine Herdplatte.Um Frühstück zu machen und Salat war es ausreichend. Es gab einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der hat aber leider unsere Sachen gefroren,auf niedrigster Stufe.Also nicht ratsam Gemüse reinzulegen. Bett war semibequem.

Appartamento molto spazioso ed accogliente con un bellissimo balcone vista spiaggia e mare, dotato di aria condizionata sia nella zona living che in camera da letto. Il proprietario è una persona veramente disponibile ed accogliente. La struttura si trova vicino a una serie di locali dove poter bere e mangiare. Inoltre con pochi minuti a piedi ci si può recare al centro di Saranda .
