The Ladysmith Guest House is lovely. It is located in easy walking distance to the town centre. The host Louise was very welcoming & couldn't do enough for us on our 2 night stay. Breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit & yoghurt with a choice of various items for a cooked breakfast. The room was great, enough room to put bags down & sort stuff out & a nice en-suite bathroom & the beds were very comfortable. Louise was happy to recommend places to eat & places to visit in the local area. Parking was easy, with us being able to park our car more or less outside our room.
The whole vibe of the place is very relaxed, I couldn't recommend it enough - quite fabulous.

Good location. Dining and lounge area nice. Breakfast was good but little more variety on fruit juice would have been nice (only 1 choice). Fresh fruit and yoghurt much appreciated.
Shower power very weak and seal not clean. Wash hand basin was in bedroom. TV very small. Towels generally very thin and bath towels small. Stairs very narrow to negotiate cases and head hazard for someone tall.
