The location - one street away from the main the and harbour. Parking easy across the road. Breakfast continental and cooked choice if eggs snd additional sides. The room was large with lounge and kitchenette. Everything so clean

Louise went above and beyond to help us find activities including connecting us with a local business to see some highland coos, suggesting what to do each day. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious (scottish breakfast and selection of cereals and yoghurt). Ullapool is a great base for exploring and the guesthouse is close to lots of amenities and cute shop. Free on street parking available.

Excellent breakfast, lovely clean and well presented room.

Good location. Dining and lounge area nice. Breakfast was good but little more variety on fruit juice would have been nice (only 1 choice). Fresh fruit and yoghurt much appreciated.

Shower power very weak and seal not clean. Wash hand basin was in bedroom. TV very small. Towels generally very thin and bath towels small. Stairs very narrow to negotiate cases and head hazard for someone tall.
