Lovely spacious clean inviting room. After a very long journey and a cancelled ferry, it was just what I needed a friendly face and somewhere safe to sleep.
Everything was fine. Nothing i didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ullapool Rooms. Our room was beautiful, well equipped and quiet, and the bed was so comfortable! The whole place was spotlessly clean and clearly very well looked after. Although breakfast isn’t provided, there are plenty of places to eat just a few minutes’ walk away in the village, which worked perfectly for us.
We really appreciated all the little touches, like fresh milk available for tea and coffee, and the lovely guest lounge was a real bonus. Parking was easy and convenient, and the central location is excellent. It made a perfect base for exploring Ullapool and the wider North West Highlands.
The hosts, Natasha and Fergus, were very welcoming and helpful, and also respectful of our privacy, giving us space to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend The Ullapool Rooms.

Clean, neat, close to local amenities and eateries.
The lack of breakfast, which was not clear until AFTER booking. A B&B which is in reality only a B! No offer to adjust the price because of this, either…
