It was a good sized room. The bed was massive as was the tv on the wall. Bathroom was good size too
When patrons leaving the pub it got a little noisy

We liked the:
-Welcoming staff
- Location (sea front)
- Room with a sea view
- Room fittings and facilities
- Nice pub below with good food.
Nit-picking really:
- Room was a bit cold upon arrival
- Bathroom could do with more storage/shelves and space for towels

Good location, people were friendly and accommodating. Overall met our needs.
Really in need of updating, window didn't close properly, Mira shower, but no "power". Small bar/restaurant area.

The check in process was great and the young man was very nice and willing to help.
Perfect spot for area.
The bathroom was very dated and was lacking places to hang towels. The shower was not very powerful and completely failed on the second day.
Overall was needing a bit of attention and has potential but you get what you pay for
$$$$
