Really good place if you are looking for apartment

bus stop is right outside the apartment, which made travel to train station and city very easy . It just takes 10 mins to reach train station and bus is there every 30 mins

Excellent stay

Location was great, and view from the balcony was amazing. Very convenient process of check in and check out. The apartment was spacious, well maintained and good facilities were provided.

Perhaps a washing machine could also be provided in future, it will be great for guests who want to stay for longer time.

I think this apartment is nice

Room facility is enough which can meet our needs. Also the room is very neat. The traffic is also convenient, and there is a bus stop 20 meters far from the apartment door.

There's a little noise coming from next door sometimes, but it's ok, not a big problem. What's more, the bed for me is too soft.

Great stay

I’ve made mistake with dates in my booking, so there was no availability on the date we arrived, but Royal Swiss apartments kindly offered me a room in one of their hotels at no extra charge which I am so grateful for. The hotel room was very clean, with lovely bedding, balcony and the mountains view. Thank you so much.

Ringgenberg Post accommodation

- great location - Ringgeberg - opposite the bus stop and a 3-minute walk to a train and ferry stops - kitchen with nice equipment - nice host and staff - good and fast communication - we got an unexpected free parking spot, which was nice - we were able to leave our food in the fridge at 11 (6 hours before checking in) - the room was not ready, yet the host was really nice and told us to come and leave it in the studio :-) THANKS

- the studio is quite old - no air conditioning, just a fan - the shower was low - you can hit your head easily - sleeping with open windows in summer equals some noise - we had the windows from the busy street - no breakast possible - the biggest drawback was check in - 5 P.M. and check out 10 A.M. - quite surprising - someone knocked at my door at 7 A.M. - I was in bed - easy access from the street as there is no reception - very uncomfortable and noisy bed

Very bad experience. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

We wanted to stay in small community and Ringgenberg is a small community.

The host was terrible. Did not communicate the checkin instructions until I emailed the property. Then she gave me wrong code for the lock box and we had to wait outside the door of the cabin. I was expecting a room in the chalet type building as shown in the online pictures, but ended up getting an add-on shack in the backyard. The rooms were not clean (pleases see the pictures) with hairs on the bedsheet, very dirty drapes, exposed raised nail on the floor. She did not provide us with the Interlaken Guest Pass until the next day. I suggest that Booking.com remove this property from their listing.

Good for scenic stay

The location of the property is scenic and Ringgenberg Bus stop is out next to the apartment as people need to travel to Interlaken for further tour or to catch public transport for other destinations.

The improvement is required in the following: 1. Toilet: Bath area cabin is broken. 2. Kitchen: Dishwasher doesn't work for effective clearning. Additionally, sound from first floor upon walk of any guest staying wakes up. The property doesn't give comfort living experiences for family specially if you are occupaying first floor and ground floor for sleep!

Nice large apartment with noisy floor.

3 bed rooms have 3 separate rooms that gives plenty of space for a large family. Nice view from the balcony. If you are used to/not bothered by the noise from the floor, the apartment is absolutely fine for the price. We were used to the noisy old chalet floors from this regions so were expecting it and didn't bother us.

Cleanliness could be improved. There was stain in one of the bed on the top (loft). Makes loud noise when you walk on the floor.

Spaceous room. We had a family room with bathtub (kids loved it).

There is no AC. There was 2 fans. For such a nice hotel air conditioning would have been nice. Fabs were just not enough.

Perfect option for a functional/cosy stay

Great option, specially value for money. Apartment was very clean and had all we needed. Bigger than expected, kids loved the loft inside the bedroom. We had lovely view, felt a bit like “local” stay vs hotel. Staff was excellent, immediate response to questions, flawless check in etc. Don’t expect a luxury cabin or fancy decor, but is perfect for a functional/cosy stay. Bus from/to Interlaken stops right by the door. And the town vies/vibes are gorgeous.

The position is good near the lake. The community is very beautiful. There are many beautiful houses if you walk around. The kitchen is well equipped.

The staff should tell the customer about check in details one day before. We stand aside the road half an hour before we get the information. It is raining

Nice place to stay easy to go where every you want, since Interlaken Øst is just 11 mins away by buss.

Near buss station. There is a washing machine to wash clothes.

The church bells ring almost every 15 mins. An eraplug would help.

Very convenient location. Bus stop is just across the street where you can take the bus to Interlaken Ost train station (8 minute ride). The place has a kitchenette with a stove, fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and in good condition. Staff was very helpful and responsive. I called a couple of times with some minor issues on both days and they always replied right away and sent a staff member within an hour. There is a terrace with seating and offers an unforgettable view of the mountains directly in front of you.

There is no AC and it can get a bit uncomfortable when the temperature hits 90 F. Fortunately, the staff provided us with two large fans, one for each room. So, that definitely helped. The bathroom is a bit small but worked for us since we only stayed for a couple of nights. It will be nice to have a no slip bathroom mat.

Fan wasn't working and sofa was uncomfortable but I didn't know i could contact the owner through WhatsApp so might have worked if I had connected with the owner earlier to get it sorted.

It’s spacious, great view, near a bus stop and few mins walk from a small grocery store

No reception so we’re a little confused on the rules and regulation. If we didn’t ask for a guest pass, we wouldn’t be provided one. Also, I know we’re at fault for sure, but we’re hoping for it to get returned since we’re in Switzerland but it didn’t. we left one of our branded watches, and was just advised no one saw it. We’re 100% sure where we left it. Also not properties fault, but would have been nice if we could leave our luggage because the check out time was early. No option but to leave luggage in a paid facility.

This Studio is cheaper compared to another hotel, i like the location, we just take Bus 102 from Interlaken Ost and stop next to the Hotel. View very Breathtaking! I love it every single things in Interlaken Ost. The staff also friendly. I will book again for next stay cation.

Interlaken is great, the view was nice and staff delivered bus tickets.

Room small, bed sloped, bed cover didnt reach my feet. No coffee, no tea ...and not a single food shop in town. Room hot, no fan or aircon.

The apartment is fully independent, providing complete privacy, and is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic, and conveniently located place to stay near Interlaken.

Great stay for two of us. Not even 2 minutes walk from bus stop to Interlaken OST. Also, the mountain views from outside are stunning especially during sunrise.

If really want to look for an improvement, the lights in toilet could be brighter.
