The location of the property is AMAZING. We all agreed (kids & adults) it was our ‘best holiday ever’. It was lovely to have air con too with the heat waves this summer. Laundry facilities great.
Shame there aren’t two kitchens (one in each apartment).

Location and the view was great. It’s right by the lake. Having dinner overlooking Lake Brienz was very pleasant.
The place was quiet cozy and the kitchen was well equipped complete with coffee machine and rice cooker 👍🏼
Parking was free, easy access and right in front of the property.
Would not mind to stay here again.
The property was marketed as airconditoned, however note only the living /dining hall was airconditioned. We came during a heatwave so during the day it was slightly warm, at night it was better.
The smart tv wasn’t connecting to the WiFi for some reason but it wasn’t really important to us so we didn’t bother.
There’s no elevator. It’s manageable though if you don’t have mobility issues.

The view fantastic,easy check in..
The heater on 1st apartment not working properly,its very cold at nigh, i tried to complain but the owner said "you need to adapt" and do nothing, strangely the heater on the 2nd floor apartment works well.

Wifi not cover all area.
If you want use washing machine,you must go outside first because the washing area are separate
The water from the shower is slow
