Had a lovely stay. Would recommend. Is up quite a hill & long walk to town. We didn't mind that tho.
The Garden. The wine on arrival. The house was nice. The view was lovely.
We lost hot water. We couldn't work out how to use the oven. A pack explaining how to would be good. Bed was a bit hard for me but OK for my husband. So I guess that's choice.

Well equipped apartment, plus roomy.
.......June,July and August are exceptionally hot and humid in Italy and with no air conditioner, its virtually intolerable. Two noisy fans don't help. If you have a car, great location...if not, its just too far/high up on slope to be practical.

Buen sitio para alojarse sin sufrir el bullicio del centro de la Spezia
Un sitio tranquilo y muy agradable con un anfitrión de lujo. La casa tiene todo tipo de menaje y es grande. La terraza espectacular y muy tranquila. Elmpoder aparcar en la puerta también es algo muy bueno. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables allí.
