A fantastic setting for a mountain escape, ideal for ski enthusiasts.
We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the ski lift and its closeness to the mountains near Sölden — and it truly exceeded all our expectations. There were so many positive aspects of our stay that genuinely surprised us. First and foremost, Florian — whom we understand to be one of the owners — was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating throughout our entire stay. His hospitality made us feel at home from the very beginning. The room was clean, spacious, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by the impressive Alpine scenery. Cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable — spotless in every detail. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide selection, and dinner offered three main course options to choose from each morning. The food was excellent, generous in portion, and always fresh — even when dining high up in the mountains at roughly 2,000 meters. Beyond the unbeatable closeness to the ski lift, the biggest highlight for us was the SPA. After a full day of skiing in Sölden, the two saunas and the infrared room were exactly what we needed. It was a perfect way to relax and recharge. We would gladly return!
The hotel is accessed by an approximately 8 km mountain road, which adds to the authentic Alpine experience — though it can be a little adventurous in snowy or icy conditions. Reaching Sölden or nearby towns in winter requires some planning, but for us it was part of the charm. We were there for skiing and the mountain atmosphere, not for clubbing — and in that sense, the setting was perfect.
