Parking can be a bit tricky, especially in the evening. When arriving, the heating system was off and it was a little bit colder during the first evening of our stay.

We had a wonderful overnight stay here with both a delicious evening meal and breakfast. The balcony overlooked the Inn river and the mountains and the church. It was a pity we were on the way home and had no time to linger. We would like to return.

Wonderful place to stay in Pfunds

Lovely, quaint family hotel in a beautiful setting next to the breathtaking Inn river. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with many choices to suit different tastes. Beautiful views from the lounge and upper floors of Pfunds and the Inn river valley.

Amazing hotel in stunning scenery

Super courteous staff, comfy room & bed, the view from the room, the superb breakfast with local ingredients, great food in restaurant... This was definitely one of my best if not the best stay in Austria.

Maybe some warm food items for breakfast buffet could be appreciated, but not necessarily since the cold cut buffet spread is so wide.

AMAZING mountain views from the balcony. Very clean and BEST location in the town.

We were so happy with our decision to rent this property. All of the balconies face the mountains with a view of the charming village. We also had a gorgeous view of the turquoise river that runs through the village. The hotel is within 15 minutes walking distance of everything in the town, after walking around we decided it was the best hotel in the town. It is also on the side of the river/town that has sidewalks to walk on without having to move for cars. The other side of the river has no sidewalks. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very charming, with art work in the stone on one wall. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great, with a few homemade specialties and local butter and meats. Dinner was fantastic, one of the best fish dishes I've had at a restaurant in the last 5 years. There is a gorgeously manicured garden area with plenty of different areas to relax in the garden (close to the river)

The have a 10 Euro fee per dog. I can understand the extra fee to clean, but if we were staying for more than one night we would have to choose someplace else.

Vriendelijk personeel, denkt goed mee. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Prima locatie op onze doorreis naar Italië en fijn dat er mogelijkheden zijn om in het hotel te dineren.

Jammer dat er geen airco op de kamer is, erg warm in de zomer.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Schönes Zimmer mit fantastischem Ausblick vom Blumen umrankten, gemütlichen Balkon auf Inn und die Berge. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer war ruhig, trotz Seitenfenster zur Straße. Die Saunen waren trotz warmen Wetter geöffnet und ich war die einzige dort. Zum Frühstück gab es eine Riesenauswahl.

Der Empfang hätte besser sein können. Ich war von Landeck mit dem Rad gekommen und freute mich auf das gebuchte Doppelbett, das auf meiner Buchung abgebildet war. Eben wegen diesem großen Bett zur Einzelbelegung hatte ich nicht das günstigste Zimmer bestellt. Die Dame am Empfang gab mir zuerst den Schlüssel für ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ich bin zurück zur Rezeption und habe auf meinem gebuchten Doppelbett bestanden, worauf die Dame etwas pikiert reagierte und meinte, das wäre üblich bei ihnen, d.h. bei einer Einzelbelegung eines Doppelzimmers bekommt der Gast das mit zwei Einzelbetten, womöglich um Wäsche zu sparen oder dem Zimmermädchen die Arbeit zu erleichtern. Da ich aber von booking die Bestätigung zeigen konnte mit dem Bild des gebuchten Zimmers mit Doppelbett, hatte ich das bessere Argument. Früher war es tatsächlich so üblich, dass die Hotelbetreiber dem Gast das Zimmer gaben, das für sie am praktischten waren. Doch mit booking kann der Gast eben schon vorher sein Zimmer sehen und buchen und sollte sich auch darauf verlassen können. Dass ich darum erst bitten musste als ich müde und verschwitzt angekommen war, hat die Freude über diese ansonsten außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft etwas getrübt. Ich fühlte mich als Einzelreisende nicht wirklich willkommen in dem Moment. Hilfreich wäre es, wenn bei der Buchung von vornherein klar wäre, dass man evtl auch ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten zugewiesen bekommt und davon auch ein Foto in der Bestätigung erscheint. Dann weiß der Gast zumindest, dass es so oder so ausgehen kann.
