Nauders best kept secret

The hotel is a classic European hotel with all the amenities you might expect. The thing that makes it GREAT is the staff and the atmosphere. This is our second time. First time was a weekend trip. Second was a full week. Can’t be happier with our choice. First: clean. Important to us. Not the most modern hotel but well cared for. It’s nice to see a property that isn’t recycled every five years. All the things you want like bar, lounge with fireplace, stube, dining room, 3 saunas, steam room, pool. Second is service: everyone knows who you are. What your dining and drink preferences are. They know you were here last year. The best part is the staff is the same. That tells us that the hotel is a solid choice. Third: location. Not downtown. On the edge of town. Closer to the mountains and the cable car. Easy for us to walk our dogs and enjoy the hiking. Lastly, can’t be beat for value, convenience, and service. Will always come back. Btw, the food is spectacular!!! Highly recommend getting dinner option. Not worrying anoint dinner is very nice.

Wir waren das erste Mal aber nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Die Chefin aber auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei, auch er war herzlich willkommen. Das Abendessen und Frühstück waren phantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vielleicht sind die Möbel und das Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das wird durch die Herzlichkeit aufgewogen.

Müssen wir kein zweites mal haben

Jan der Kellner und das Zimmermädchen waren extrem freundlich. Der Kellner war hier für alles zuständig. Er musste beim Essen servieren und war auch für die Bar zuständig und trotzdem war er freundlich und gut gelaunt.

Der Checkin war sehr frostig, kein Willkommen oder hatten sie eine gute Anreise, nur haben sie gebucht und wie ist ihr Name. Österreicher werden hier anscheinend nicht Willkommen geheißen gegenüber unseren deutschen Nachbarn zu denen war die Junior Chefin extrem freundlich. Leider war unser Zimmer auch nicht geheizt obwohl wir draußen nur 8 Grad hatten, wir bekamen dann einen Heizstrahler unser Sohn aber keinen, war nicht angenehm beim duschen. Nicht einmal extra Decken die normal im Kasten sind waren vorhanden. Die WC Türe war auch schrecklich wenn man hinein geht muss man aufpassen das man nicht über die WC Muschel stolpert, so klein ist das WC. Zu niedrige WC Muscheln, wie in der Türkei. Auch die Betten sehr alt und extrem niedrig sodass man schwer aufstehen kann überhaupt wenn man schon älter ist. Auf eine Bitte um eine zweite Serviette wurde mein Mann gleich von der Sen. Chefin angefahren, er hat ja schon eine bekommen. Frühstück war gut, für jeden was dabei, dafür war das Abendessen zum vergessen. Mein Mann ist Koch aber sowas hätte er nie auf den Tisch gebracht. Auch die Auswahl zwischen 2 Gerichten ist für ein 4* Hotel unwürdig, zumal es Gäste gibt die das alles nicht essen dürfen und auch nicht ein Schnitzel das als Ersatz geboten wird. 3* für das Hotel ist gut bewertet

TOP Hotel mit fabelhaftem Früstück

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, schaute mit in der Beschreibung an wie es aussah und es hat mir gefallen. Vor Ort musste ich dann feststellen dass ich ein Doppelzimmer bekommen habe was mir natürlich noch besser gefallen hat :-) Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig und mir gefiel vor allen das es etwas "oldschool" eingerichtet war. Nicht falsch verstehen, die Einrichtung ist nicht alt, sondern so eingerichtet. Dunkles Holz, roter stylischer Teppich, hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Bad und WC getrennt was ich so auch noch nicht gesehen habe in Hotels. Bad mit Badewanne und Fön. Alles war tiptop sauber, nicht mal irgendwo Staub hab ich gesehen! Ich bin mit dem Motorrad angereist und durfte meine Maschine kostenlos in der großen Garage parken. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Sehr viel Auswahl, auch an frischem Obst und auch Backwaren. Es fehlte an nichts. Hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Positiv ist mir aufgefallen dass die Wände und Balkontüre schallisoliert waren. Ich habe von draußen und auch von den Nachbarzimmer nichts an Geräuschen wahrnehmen können. Klasse! Ich kann das Hotel neue Burg nur Empfehlen und werde wenn ich wieder in Nauders übernachten sollte mich hier wieder Aufhalten.

Die Betten sind für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich. Ich wiege 70 Kilo und es war so an der Grenze. Wenn jemand 100 + Kilo wiegen sollte liegt er wahrscheinlich zu weich. Das ist aber mein Empfinden, das sehen andere vielleicht nicht so.

Etwas ältere Zimmer, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück und Abendessen, sowie die Freundlichkeit des Service Personals. Ausgezeichnetes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Gerne wieder!

Sehr angenehmes Haus mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal-war sehr schön.

Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und gute frische Lebensmittel, viel Obst schon außergewöhnlich gut. Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Sauber und funktionell. Die Größe der Zimmer ist super-leider findet man das sehr selten. Schöner Ausblick und ruhig gelegen, dennoch zu Fuß sehr Zentral. Abendessen mit Vorwahl mit Vorspeise, Suppe, Hauptgericht und Nachspeise sowie ein Super Salatbuffet. Wellness und Pool waren schön, etwas klein aber alles was mann benötigt vorhanden. Pool schon ab 7 Uhr das finde ich toll. Sauna ab 15 Uhr. Jause ab 16 Uhr.

Vermisst habe ich eigentlich nur Wasser oder Tee´s im Wellnessbereich. Bademäntel holt man sich an der Rezeption-könnten auch im Zimmer sein, da Rezeption meist nicht besetzt ist und man wieder in den 1 Stock muss.

Prima Unterkunft direkt an der Via Claudia

Sehr freundliches Personal, perfekter Radfahrer-Service, optimale Lage ab der Via Claudia Augusta. Sehr gutes Essen - auch vegetarisch. Netter Saunabereich und kleiner, aber schöner Innenpool. Es fehlt an nichts.

Struttura a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Camera pulita, colazione non abbondante ma con tutto il necessario tra salato e dolce. disponibilità di mettere le moto in garage

La struttura è un pò datata, nella "nostra" camera c'era la moquette e il letto soppalcato e al nostro arrivo, verso le 20:00, il ristorante era già chiuso

Super Personal und gutes Essen, dazz noch Pool uns Sauna.

Hotel in alten tradizionelen Still gebaut. Mein Einzelzimmer war nicht modern aber ausreichend gemütlich. Restourant und Bedinungspersonal auf jedem Fall zu empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt und Zwischenstop auf dem Strecke.ich war da mit Motorrad und da war genug Platz in der Garage.

Ich habe Zimmer mit nicht so schönen Aufsicht sonst war alles super.

Grande struttura con parcheggio esterno e garage interno per moto. Camere ampie e luminose. Letti comodi. Posizione un po' defilata dal centro ma a breve distanza. C'è anche una spa disponibile; l'apertura è limitata a poche ore nel pomeriggio. Sarà da provare se torneremo! Colazione eccezionale con grande varietà e prodotti di qualità.

Es war ein Zimmer für 2 Person gebucht. Leider war im Badezimmer nur das Zubehör ( Handtuch) für eine Person vorhanden. Auch im Schlafzimmer war nur eine Bettdecke. Außerdem war die Matratze zu groß für das Bett. Mit 4 Sterne hatte das Zimmer wenige zu tun. Auch die dusche ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man größer als 180cm ist steht man mit dem kopf an der Decke an. Der Wasserdruck ist auch eine Katastrophe. Soviel zum Thema „Junior Suite „

Die Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand abseits von der Bundesstraße und die Möglichkeit das Motorrad in der Garage zu parken sind sehr gut

Obwohl wenig Gäste im Hotel waren lag mein Zimmer im letzten Winkel Zimmereinrichtung veraltet und alles sehr dunkel Einrichtungsstil 1970 Kein Internet Personal nie zu finden beim Einchecken musste ich das halbe Hotel absuchen um eine ältere frau zu finden die der Tochter aushilft ansonsten kein personal Schlüssel wie Früher fast nicht zum Einstecken in der Hosentasche weil zu groß Frühstück mittelmäßig wenig Auswahl und leider nicht vor 8.00 Uhr zu bekommen

Preis- Leistung ist ok

Zentrale Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Das Essen wir sehr lecker, sowohl Frühstück als auch das Abendessen. Skibus zum Lift war eine super Sache und wir haben es immer genutzt.

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und sollten mal renoviert werden, das Bad ist sehr klein und dunkel.
