Nice, but too pricey

Friendly and helpful staff, nice hotel, great breakfast, good dinner, great sauna, spacious room

The pool/spa area is too small and can get very crowded. Same applies for the restaurant. The latter is also extremely noisy, depending on where your table is located. The parking situation is a no-go for me as they do not have enough parking spots in front of the hotel. You have to walk like 10-15 minutes to get to a parking spot and still have to pay full price. All in all I think that the price is too high for what you are getting.

Bed great, staff friendly. Food not worth it

It was clean. The staff was friendly.

The food was highly disappointing. We went for halfboard but wasn’t worth it. Also the wine card was very limited and the bar was not doing any cocktails, so we went to the hotel next door for a drink 😅. We expected more of a 4 star.

Perfect hotel with a great terrace view!

Really nice hotel with amazing staff! Bed was REALLY soft, we couldn't get a proper sleep, just cannot sleep well on very soft mattresses... Hotel had a lovely breakfast included in the price. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is worth to say that often these days service isn't friendly across many hotels. VAYA NAUDERS has some of the most friendliest people working at a reception and the restaurant! Thank you!

No parking near by the hotel

The hotel is in the center of the village and it turns out that not all guests have parking nearby. We arrived at 4:30 PM and upon check-in we were told that we had to park our car in the parking lot, which is 800 meters away, and the road from there to the hotel is steep (I wonder what happens to elderly or disabled guests...) The staff did not offer a shuttle from the parking lot, so we had to walk for 10 minutes (luckily it wasn't raining at that time). It should be noted that this parking also cost 8 euros and was very inconvenient. What is especially annoying is the fact that the remote parking is not mentioned in the hotel's specifications on Booking.com! If we had known this fact, we would not have booked this hotel!

A quiet,comfortable and relaxed hotel with above average bedrooms.

Good location only a few minutes walk to the centre. Very good breakfast with wide choice of food to suit all tastes. Well appointed rooms with all facilities.

Unfortunately due to staff shortages we were unable to have an evening meal there but the reception staff directed us to an excellent restaurant just a few minutes walk away.

Es heißt Abenteuer-hotel, und es war ein Abenteuer. Leider für den Preis kein schönes Abenteuer.

The breakfast was among the expectations. The room (not the toilet and bathroom) was nice, and again, in comparison to the price, as we expected. We were able to check in earlier. Around 12am instead of 3 pm, as stated on the homepage.

The staff seemed depressed. The Spa opened at 3pm, but the wheather was to bad to leave the hotel. There was no "Nachmittagsbuffet", just 10 cheap wurstel and even cheaper cake. We had to pay 2,5€ extra for flip flops (that is not acceptable for a price of more than 200€/night). The toilet and bathroom was very very old The hotel was very very old, and not really renovated, it just tried to pretend to be renovated. We were really upset about this experience.

Der Aufenthalt hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Nauders.

Ganz besonders begeistert haben uns die wunderbaren Betten. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Unser Zimmer war modern und geräumig, damit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch der Wellness-Bereich hat uns positiv überrascht und ist grösser, als wir aufgrund der Website erwartet hatten. Die Infrastruktur mit dem Skiraum im Hotel ist gut. Skivermietung und Skischule sowie der Bus zu den Bergbahnen befinden sich direkt neben dem Hotel.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war grundsätzlich gut und vielseitig. Wir vermissten jedoch frische Säfte. Angeboten werden Säfte aus Konzentrat aus einem Automaten. Es gab etwas wenig Bedienung bei den Abendessen... Bei der Ankunft wird nicht genügend erklärt, wo sich was befindet. Mit dem Gepäck wird man sich selber überlassen, was uns wirklich gestört hatte. Es gibt 1 - 2 Gepäckwagen, die jedoch nicht wirklich in den engen Lift passen. Ausserdem kommt man mit dem Gepäckwagen nicht in alle Zimmer (Treppen). Schade auch, dass Sauna und Dampfbad erst ab 14.00 Uhr in Betrieb sind.

Schönes Hotel in Nauders, ideal für eine Woche Skifahren.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Halbpension für eine Woche. Zimmer war sauber, sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut. Abendessen hat uns auch geschmeckt. Skibushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel war auch sehr praktisch.

Die Liegemöglichkeiten im Wellnessbereich (textilfrei) waren unzureichend und nicht alle Gäste haben immer einen Platz bekommen

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gepflegt und sauber, hervorragend ausgestatteter Wellnessberreich, sehr gute Küche, gute Lage ( Skibus hält vor der Tür, Fahrtdauer zum Lift etwa 10 Minuten )

Überfordert wirkendes Personal ( eher aus Gründen der Angestelltenzahl ), trotzdem oder vielmehr gerade daher sehr bemüht

Die Lage war super. Das Hotel war sehr schön & gross. Der Wellnessbereich hat mir sehr gefallen

Das Personal. Der Empfang war sehr ungenügend, man gab uns keinerlei Orientierung, Informationen wies uns auf die Informationen die im TV enthalten waren für so ein teures Hotel erwarte ich mehr. Im Hotelzimmer gab es kein einziges Samples, keine Flasche mit Trinkwasser nichts. Die Parkplätze waren 10 min vom Hotel zu Fuss entfernt und zusätzliche Kosten pro Tag.

Ik betreur deze ervaring en beveel het hotel niet aan

Mooi gerenoveerd hotel met smaakvol interieur. Ruime kamers met goede geluidsisolatie en comfortabele bedden.

De dames van de receptie zijn onbekend met de betekenis van hospitality en daarmee ondergekwalificeerd. Een glimlach bij ontvangst en behulpzaamheid ontbrak. De enige zorgen die er bij de receptie ontstonden was mijn slechte recentie. Hierop reageerde men oa met: "het was een drukke periode" wat nooit als argument mag worden gebruikt, dan heb je je zaken niet goed voor elkaar.

Preisleistung ist nicht in einem angemessenen verhältnis.

Die zimmerei richtung und die Lage. Wellnesbereich sehr schön gestaltet. Frühstücksbuffet war lecker.

Das Zimmer war für den Preis viel zu klein. Um auf die Toilette zu gehen musste man sich zuerst in die Dusche stellen, die Wc tür dann schliessen und erst dann konnte man sich auf die toilette setzen. Die tür zum wc ging nicht ganz auf, da die toilette im weg ist. Für diesen Preis erwarten wir eine etwas andere zimmergrösse. Das zimmer im allgemeinen ist zu klein für zwei personen, man hat keine möglichkeit um die koffer zu verstauen und kommen dann in dem kleinen zimmer in die quere. Ebensoo hatte es im zimmer keine tagesgardinen, mann konnte mit offenen gardinen direkt vom nachbarszimmer und von der strasse reinschauen. Schön wäre es wenn es tagesgardinen hätte, so hätte man etwas vom tageslicht. Auch die garderobe hinter der eingangstür ist sehr ungünstig, vorallem im winter. Es hingen zwei winterjacke an der garderobe und man brachte die zimmertür kaum noch auf. Eben leider für alles zu wenig platz.

Zum Wellnessen würden wir gerne wieder kommen. Es waren erholsame 3 Tage.

Perfekt zum wellnessen. (3 Saunen, 1 Dampfbad (erst ab 14.30 Uhr), 2 Pool.) Wunderbare Zimmer, gute Matratze. Im ganzen Hotel schlichte, stylische Deko/Einrichtung und heimeliges Altholz - sehr sehr schön!

Essen war gut aber nicht so, dass man wegen dem Essen nochmals gehen muss. Aber das ist ja immer Geschmacksache. Mässige Sauberkeit unter den Liegen im Wellness-Bereich.

Bei einer Wiederholungsbuchung würde ich direkt beim Hotel wegen der WC Türe fragen. Ansonsten jederzeit wieder.

Schönes Zimmer in der Kategorie Standard. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Gutes Abendessen. Toller Innenpool.

Zimmer. Es gab eine Schiebetür für das WC. Diese hat nicht dicht abgeschlossen, so dass alle „Geräusche“ aus dem WC zu hören waren. Für mich ein no-go. Ist aber offenbar nicht Kategorie- abhängig, so die Auskunft an der Rezeption. Abendessen war oft nicht heiß.

Gutes leckeres Buffet. Gute Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Personal war freundlich.

Matratzen sehr weich. Kein Wasserkocher, obwohl es angegeben war! Föhn könnte erneuert werden.( Für lange Haare wenig Power) Wellness Bereich sehr klein. Kein Whirlpool wie in den anderen Vaja Hotels..

Super für einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub

Das Hotel liegt im Ortskern von Nauders und ist super schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind gross und modern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Hochzeitstag dort gefeiert und wurden mit einem Obstkorb, einem schön gedeckten Tisch und einem Dessert on top überrascht. Das Essen war super.

Im Saunabereich hat uns ein separater Ruheraum gefehlt. Es sind aber genügen Liegen vorhanden und man kann in den Pool-Bereich ausweichen.

Sehr schönes Eckzimmer, man konnte von beiden Seiten die Berge sehen Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Textilfreien SPA-Bereich fanden wir sehr entspannend

Samstags gab es ein Essen am Buffet, das jetzt leider nicht ganz unseren Geschmack getroffen hat, warme Speisen waren kalt und teilweise verkocht. Das Essen welches am Platz serviert wurde war hervorragend.

Mooie locatie, schoon en modern ingericht. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Parkeren was lastig. Je krijgt een parkeerplek aangewezen. Op ons nummer stond al een andere auto. Dit was 3 keer het geval. Iedere keer moet je dan terug naar de receptie om een nieuw nummer te halen.
