lovely, pleasant short stay. sauna should be offered for free given the rental prices.

even though we stayed just for one night, we really liked most things about this property. breakfast was lovely, sauna clean and hot. location right by the bus stop making it very easy to get to the gondola.

sauna carried an extra charge. property wasn't well equipped to store/dry snowboarding equipment. it only had a cubicle to store the boards.

Excellent location, superbly friendly owners and really exceptional breakfast

Exceptionally friendly owners and very good breakfast. Also the location - it‘s in Samnaun „Compatsch“ - just outside of the main village of „Samnaun“. This may sound off-putting, but it‘s actually quite to the contrary, if you prefer things to be a tad more quiet and less over-touristy. easy distance from the main cable car stations, and an ideal spot if you like to go biking as well.

Not a lot to complain about. More of a suggestion: maybe provide a small fridge and a kettle to each room.

Views, rooms and the breakfast was awesome. Maybe a kettle in the room to make some tea and a small fridge. Everything else was perfect. Could use the bus serves for free. 20% discount for dinner and free cable car use was a bonus

Relatively clean, close to one of the slopes, so you can do the last run almost to the hotel following the slope 60. There is no ski lift there though.

Rooms have old people smell. The old lady who obviously run the hotel was rude. most of the time it seemed like she is making us a favor by allowing to stay in the hotel, we didn’t feel welcome. There are no fridge and kettle in the rooms. On departure day, we wanted to take 0.5 l thermo cup of tea to go, during the breakfast (which we paid for), the old lady came to us and showed with gestures that we have to pay for it, then she was waiting us near the exit from the breakfast room, just to remind that we have to pay, she escorted us to the reception, like she caught us and we were going to escape... It was inappropriate, unprofessional and rude, including all the gestures she used. In the end we paid 2 CHF for a tea, while the room total was 700€ for 3 nights. There is only bar in the hotel, which is open till 19.30. You have to book Sauna to use it, it’s turned off by default. Sauna works till 19.30.

Cozy Wooden Hotel in Samnaun

Cute hotel in the middle of Samnaun. Really enjoyed the wooden room and environment, the breakfast and the spa/mountain ticket (summer season) included in the price. Very romantic stay.

Heerlijk schoon verblijf met vriendelijk personeel

Ik gaf aan dat ik pas om 22.00 kon arriveren. Toen wij aankwamen was er niemand meer en het licht was uit. Even in mijn mailbox gekeken met daarin een e-mail dat de sleutel en informatie in de brievenbus lagen! We konden probleemloos naar binnen en troffen een heel nette en schone kamer aan. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en de volgende dag van een voortreffelijk ontbijt genoten. Graag komen we hier nog een keer of in een van de appartementen van dezelfde eigenaar dus graag tot ziens!

Piacevole sosta in motocicletta

Albergo in posizione eccellente, dotato di posti coperti a pagamento, molto comodi se si è in motocicletta. Stanze pulite, ampie, dotate di letti comodi, balconi con vista splendida sul paese e sulla montagna. Questi sono ben separati dalla stanza adiacente. L’albergo dispone di sconti per usufruire del ristorante che dista solo 50 metri o del centro benessere a poca distanza. Lo staff è molto disponibile.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse! Hotellet höll hög standard och vi kände oss väldigt välkomna från första stund. Ett extra stort plus till personalen i restaurangen, otroligt vänliga, professionella och alltid med ett leende på läpparna. De gjorde verkligen vår upplevelse ännu bättre. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
