Excellent place for exploring Sud Tirol mountains

I choose this hotel for hiking in Sud Tirol and it was great choice. Location is on lake coast with scenic view of lake and mountains. Room was spacy, with full size bath. Comfortable big bed. Balcony with chairs. Breakfast was awesome, same I can say about dinner. Good wellness area with swim pool and few sauna's. Fantastic staff - always greet you and ready to help in any occasion.

I missed only one thing - tea pot.

This hotel got every single thing right, and that's enough for me to come here again. Wonderful breakfast, spacious rooms, nice lake view, fast internet over WiFi. Staff was helpful, I got arranged what I needed. Also worth mentioning are beds with pleasantly hard mattress.

Parking place is outside and was full when I came, got solved somehow.

Above all expectations

The property is in a perfect location boasting wonderful views. There are hikes right out of the gates and unspoiled nature just minutes away from the hotel. The rooms are well thought and I'm definitely going to return soon. I told the staff that I'm learning German and wanted to practice it, so I had an amazing and very helpful foreign language practice on top of all.

I haven't stayed for long, so I didn't have a chance to find anything to complain.

Perfect couples retreat

This hotel is great. The location is perfect, near beautiful walks and a stunning lake. The food served is fantastic and the hotel staff are friendly and fun. The spa is great with top facilities and very well maintained. Kathi in the bar is lovely! Will return for sure

Mancavano i cuscini , non c’era la coperta matrimoniale ma solo due trapunte singole . Il materasso non era matrimoniale ma due letti singoli accoppiati ! Ma pecca ben più grande, è che nelle saune la gente era completamente nuda . Ci vorrebbe un po’ più di rispetto visto la cifra che uno paga e non a tutti piace aver gente nuda attorno

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Reschensee mit direktem Blick auf den See. Das Personal ist in jeglicher Hinsicht herzlich und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist hervorragend und jeder Zeit zu empfehlen.

Die Sitzmöglichkeit im Restaurant in den runden Kojen sind für ein längeres Dinner nicht bequem. Hier gibt es andere Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Sesseln welche es zulassen, dass ein längeres Essen möglich macht. Leider ist es nicht möglich, das Fahrzeug in eine Garage zu stellen.

Alles was werkelijk uitmuntend De gastvrijheid van deze lieve mensen echt ….! De locatie in een woors PRACHTIG De maaltijden waren ook van uitmuntende klasse, zeer gevarieerd en zeer smaakvol Ik geef niet gauw een 10 maar dit hotel is het dubbel en dwars waard!

Superschönes Wellnesshotel am See

Sehr schönes Spa mit Sicht auf den Reschensee, Essen immer super und schöne grosse Zimmer mit Seesicht.

Man kann von 18:30-20:30 beginnen mit dem Abendessen. Als wir aber an den ersten 2 Abenden erst um ca. 20:00 essen gingen, dachten wir, dass wir trotzdem genug Zeit haben um den 5-Gänger zu geniessen. Die Gänge kamen aber alle direkt nacheinander und als wir nach einer kurzen Pause fragten, wurde diese nur ungern angenommen und war schlussendlich auch nicht mehr als 5 Minuten. Man hatte ein wenig das Gefühl, dass die Person, die uns bedient hat, hoffte, dass wir möglichst schnell fertig werden, damit ihre Schicht endet. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass man auch wenn man ein wenig später kommt das Essen vollständig geniessen kann, oder sonst Aufklärung über eine Zeit, wann das Restaurant schliesst. An den beiden anderen Abenden war das Abendessen jedoch sehr entspannt und wir hatten eine sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Traumtage am Reschensee! Vor allem die Lage direkt am See, der Ausblick ,top! Jedoch steht die Freundlichkeit ,man kann schon sagen die Herzlichkeit der Lage in nichts nach! Gastgeber, Personal, Service einfach Top! ( liebe Grüße an Rita vom Frühstücksservice!! ), ebenso die Küche ,welche auf sehr hohem Niveau arbeitet!Geht nicht gibts hier wirklich nicht! hier kann sich so mancher Betrieb ein Stück abschneiden! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!

Das Haar in der Suppe?

Manche suchen nach dem Haar in der Suppe und finden es dann auch. In diesem Hotel wird das schwer. Von der Begrüßung über den gesamten Aufenthalt bis hin zur Verabschiedung war das ein gelebter Urlaubstraum. Das Betreten des Zimmers (Blick auf den See) ist wie bei einer Schiffskabine. Man glaubt, auf das Meer zu sehen und ist gefesselt. Der Wellnessbereich hat alles, was man braucht und Lisa und Ines machen tolle Saunaaufgüsse. Der Indoorpool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, der Infinity-Außenpool zum Relaxen mit Whirlpool-Feeling. Und kulinarisch kann es das Panorama Relax Hotel gut mit einer Sterneküche aufnehmen. Was dort aus der Küche kommt, ist ein Gaumenschmaus vom Allerfeinsten. Wir konnten gar nicht alles probieren, was jeden Abend angeboten wurde, auch wenn wir immer dazu aufgefordert wurden, doch gerne alles auf der Karte anzukreuzen oder einen Nachschlag zu bestellen. Sehr oft hätten wir gerne noch die Teller abgeschleckt, aber das gehört sich ja nicht. Kurz und knapp: Wir haben uns dank des gesamten Teams bestens erholt. Und wir haben wirklich kein Haar in der Suppe gefunden!🤷😎😉😅

Willkommen vom ersten Augenblick Hotel in schönster Lage verwöhnt werden auf hohem Niveau :))) für Skifahrer u Wanderer

Super schönes Hotel in einer wirklich beeindruckend Lage, die Aussicht ist ein Traum egal zu welcher Uhrzeit …. Ein Teil der Wellness (Sauna, Relaxzone) ist adults only und außerordentlich gut aufeinander abgestimmt, auch der Pool u der Außenbereich lässt kaum Wünsche offen… Das gesamte Team ist außerordentlich freundlich u die Atmosphäre ruhig u angenehm. Die Küche verwöhnt den Gaumen u auch das Frühstück ist mit allem was dazugehört…hier beginnt der Tag mit reichhaltigen, leckeren Möglichkeiten :)))) Wir danken sehr für das Upgrade und kommen ganz sicher wieder !!!!

Einzig die Matratze war für mich etwas sehr hart …. Aber dies ist wohl eher eine Frage der Gewöhnung….

Super Hotel für ein verlängertes Wellness-Wochenende.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich und Ruhezonen. Das Frühstück sowie Abendessen (à la carte) war super lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet. Bei schönem Wetter hat man einen super Blick auf den See. Es wird sehr viel wert auf Details gelegt, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht.

Die Matratzen waren leider etwas hart. Beim Abendessen wird der Fokus auf das 5-Gänge Menü gelegt, wenn man das nicht möchte, gibt es nur sehr wenige Alternativen.
