Stunning spot in Sud Tyrol.

Fabulous location for nature lovers, those wanting to relax and take care of themselves, lovers of hiking, skiing, walking and cycling and those who just want to eat good food and take in beautiful country scenery. Great property with really kind and helpful staff, great food, comfortable, well appointed rooms, excellent spa facilities and a lovely atmosphere - really can’t fault this place.

Not a lot of English spoken except for the owners so ask them for all the information you need.

Relaxing time off with optimum comfort, great food, and lots of nature

Thanks to an upgrade, we had a suite, which was very spacious and a nice mix of rustic and modern design, including a very comfy bed, large bathroom/shower, and a nice terrace. Food was great, especially the nightly five-course dinner offering dishes for every taste and excellent wines. The large and all-new wellness area featured, among others, three saunas, three relax zones, and a (small) rooftop infinity pool. Daily use was included in the hotel fee, including bathrobe, slippers and refreshments (water, juices, tea). Overall, a very positive experience to be repeated...

Not much to criticize really. Graun/Curon is not the most idyllic village in the area (albeit with an interesting history), but it's a good starting point for trips and hikes around the lake, and to explore some marvelous alpine valleys characterized by colorful meadows, rustling brooks and breathtaking mountain views. Staff was very friendly but not all at the same level of experience, which sometimes led to minor slips -- nothing serious, but given the level of the hotel, to be avoided.

Overall very nice staff, just had a small issue since there was no more soap in the shower and they refused to fill it up, Quite disappointing to fail in such detail for a room costing 300 euros/night, small things make the difference ;) Otherwise the staff from the hotel was spotless and welcoming, Pity to have got this small "issue" in a relaxing and charming environment.

MOST DISAPPOINTED.

If we where book into the new section, I think we would have had a total different experience. The location was good. The food was not to bad , but very expensive.

To be honest Booking.com... you where not the right site for us to book this accommodation... The owner pulled her nose up at us, and said you are the people that booked , through Booking.com.. My husband Rudi , wanted to surprise me and take me to a calm and upmarket New and fresh Hotel. On the website this Hotel advertised there revamp rooms and Wellness area.. When we got there on Saturday 26 Sep just before 8pm , we entered at the New revamp entrance .. very impressed. But then the sock , because we booked through Booking.com... we where taken to the most horrid room. Pass the kitchen to the Old section.. room 106 small horrid , room next to us , still had scaffolding.. we book dinner at the Hotel , to be seated not with the other guest , with the beuatiful new dinning area with big glass windows.. No in a dark old area . My husband and I sat there for 45 min to 1 hour just the 2 of us, we asked to be moved , and we where told, you booked with Booking.com this is where you sit. Then we went to bed around 10pm , for our drive from our home in Venice region was about 4+ hours drive. We where woken up around 11 °clock by a loud radio coming through the windown . It did not stop , at about 4.10am , Rudi my husband and I could just not take it anymore. I WENT to investigate.. It come from the room 2 doors down.. Private written on the door. I knocked but still now anwswer. This went on till about 5 am . I went down to reception to find all in darkness, no-one o night duty . The next day when we checked out , we put a complaint in , to the ower , he just shrugged and said, it is his old mother and she hard of hearing... I have never recieved such bad service ever. My Q , why do you have this Hotel on your website , and how can they have family living as residents, when I am a paying guest , expecting a relaxing atmosphere, for it suppose to be a Wellness Hotel, not a family retirement residence Hotel . My Q to Booking.com is this ?

Ein rundum gelungerner Aufenthalt mit Wellness am Reschensee

Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen war unschlagbar lecker und ausgewöhnlich ideenreich in der Präsentation. Der Preis für das 5 Gänge Menue unschlagbar. Es herrschte eine super persönliche Atmosphäre, auch seitens der Gastgeberfamilie, die immer ein persönliches Wort für einen hatte. Sauberkeit wurde überall groß geschrieben. Der Wellnessbereich war wunderschön und vielseitig. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge grandios. Mit unserem Zimmer waren wir auch sehr zufrieden, obwohl wir nicht die teuerste Kategorie gebucht hatten. Unsere Fahrräder waren sehr sicher im abschließbaren Fahrradraum untergebracht. Der Weg vom Fahrradraum war ungewöhnlich, da er durch den Buffetraum führte. Da wir keinen Tiefgaragenparkplatz hatten konnten wir diesen alternativen Weg nicht benutzen. Unser Auto konnten wir kostenlos auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber des Hotels mit Vorzugskarte parken. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage sehr gut. Das Personal sehr nett.

Die Strasse ist schon nah und dadurch sehr laut. Bei der Sauna hat mein einen schönen Blick nach draußen, allerdings die Leute auch einen guten nach drinnen ,,,, Frühstück leider im Nebenraum.

Nobles Hotel mit internationalem Essen

Nobles Hotel direkt am See. Man wird zum Zimmer geführt. Großes Frühstücksbuffet.

In unserem Zimmer konnte man vom Schlafbereich durch eine Scheibe ins Bad sehen - und auch auf die Toilette. Essen leider nicht regional orientiert.

Che peccato.

La proprietaria gentile si è dato da fare per soddisfare le nostre esigenze, visto che siamo arrivate alle 20:30 e il ristorante era chiuso.

Il proprietario, uno Yeti poco empatico, a volte indisponente posizionato alla reception, luogo non idoneo per la persona. La camera, oltre che è vecchia non aveva la possibilità di accendere il riscaldamento, tenendo conto che si era abbassata notevolmente la temperatura, nonostante l’avessimo chiesto avendo una risposta non sicuramente coerente con la struttura o le aspettative.

Radlurlaub

Im Neubau des Hotels war es schön, hatten nach dem 4. Tag ein Upgrade. Familie Suite mit Balkon und Kühlschrank. Ist nur zum empfehlen, auch wenn man nur zu zweit ist. Erst waren wir im Altbau einquartiert, da wars net so schön, 70iger Style. Der Wellnessbereich im oberen Stock, war perfekt nach einer schönen Radltour und das Eis war eine Gaumen Freude 😊👍

Frühstück war reichlich, aber immer das gleiche. Wenig Obst... .. Damit man zum Radlkeller gelangt, musste man durch den Speiseraum. Im Wellnessbereich standen die leeren Gläser oft den nächsten Tag noch auf den Tischen.

Una bella esperienza ma...

Posizione eccellente, una bellissima area spa, con saune solarium e piscine termali, molto suggestiva quella sul terrazzo all'apertura con una bella vista, parcheggio gratuito presente, posti limitati ma lo staff si prodiga per metterne a disposizione uno appena si libera, buonissima e varia la colazione, particolare il menù del ristorante, con ottimi piatti ricercati ma mancavano scelte di piatti tipici della zona, nel complesso resto soddisfatto della scelta fatta.

Purtroppo alcune pietanze del servizio a buffet che iniziava per la cena 18.30 e finiva alle ore 20 si esurivano troppo velocemente (ore 19), visto la gradatura dell'albergo non me lo aspettavo.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt gerne wieder Top Lage.

Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr schön die Massage sehr gut. Das Essen ist perfekt und das Frühstücksbuffet genial. Die Bar hat ein super Angebot und lädt zum gemütlichen ausklingen des Tages ein. Das Personal ist auf Zack und sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmer sind im Alten Gebäude sehr gepflegt jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei der Begrüßung war die Junior Chefin sehr angespannt und etwas oberflächlich.

Das Essen ist war sehr gut !Absolute -Hammer !!! Super!! Das Zimmer ist war -super ( wir waren im Neu Gebäude, Suite! ) Aufpassen!! Es gibst auch alter Zimmer Varianten .Besonderes Danke für die tolles Pediküre(bei Sina?Sida?) und tolles Körper Massage (Sara-du bist echt Profi !!!).Vielen Danke ,persönlich für Besitzer des Hotels! Er hat sofort unsere Probleme aufgelöst ,obwohl die Stimmung war seit 3 Tagen (von 5 ) kaputt gewesen.

Pech mit Wetter ! Sorry,aber die junge Theresia (die Tochter von Hotel Besitzer) sollte doch mehr Geduld haben und lernen an die Kunden nicht Einschreien !!Und noch dazu minus gewesen das war keine deutliche Hotel Einführen ,oder Abklärung wie sollte Richtig Schwimmen pool am 3 Stock benutzen, mit Hose oder ohne ! Also! Danke für alles !! frohe Ostern !

Wunderbar

Schon beim Check In sehr sehr freundlichen Empfang, Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr sauber und sehr schön. Das Essen ein Genuss, jeder einzelne Gang war richtig köstlich Der Spa war ein wahrer Traum, besonders zu erwähnen sind die Sauna gänge, die Aufgüsse das muss man erlebt habe. Würden jeder Zeit wieder hier her Fahren.

Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Hervorragendes Abendessen wie im Sterne-Restaurant.. tolle, großartige u. großzügige Wellness-Anlage mit 2 Saunen u. Dampfbad, sowie Massage-/Sprudelbecken im Freien mit immer angenehm warmen Wasser. Der gesamte Wellnessbereich wird ergänzt u. durch verschiedene, sehr ansprechende Ruheräume zur Erholung. Die freie Aussicht unterstützt das sich Wohlfühlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich u. bemüht u. vermittelte eine ansprechende, familiäre Atmosphäre.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Auch die Lage an der Straße war nicht störend, da nachts so gut wie kein Verkehr.
