Great Weekend Trip Location

- Large room with a plenty of closet space - Tightly sealed shower door (most of the showers flood) - Great showerhead pressure - Cleanliness of the hotel - Great breakfast selection - Location was less than 5 minutes drive from Reschensee, but we had a nice walk from the hotel for 40+ minutes one-way

- There were two twin size mattresses combined into the queen size, so when my partner and I moved around, we didn't feel it. However, the mattresses comfy level I would give would be 7/10 - There was free parking on site, but they were all full, so we had to pay for parking down the street. It was a very short walk. The public parking fee was less than 10-15 euros for a day - Our room was too warm for my partner even though we turned all the radiators off, but we couldn't open the windows since it will be too cold in January

Lovely guesthouse overlooking the lake in Resia.

Really excellent breakfast with made to order eggs and lots of other choices. Have a very nice garage and place to store bikes overnight. The dinner we had in the restaurant was delicious with some local specialties on the menu. Very friendly staff and everything was very clean.

Rooms on the third floor are smallish and the window overlooking the lake was small. Probably I could have paid more to get a bigger room.

Great place to stay with amazing restaurant and sauna areas.

Just perfect for the location to visit the sea as well as nearby mountain biking etc. I never wanted to go anywhere else at night, as the restaurant in the hotel was top notch and the sauna and steam rooms were some of the best I've ever experienced. Great staff and they showed true concern with my injury from mountain biking.

Great place to stay in Resia

Very nice and cozy hotel in beautiful town of Resia, room is small but offers all you need a few minutes from ski slopes and comfortable parking. Bathroom rather old school design however all working well. Dinner is highly recommended and there is of the best wine lists I have seen (just a few wines but carefully seleceted depeneding on taste and budget, bravo!) Breakfast very nice. Looking forward to next stay at the hotel.

Be aware there is not lift and hair drayer is very basic one.

Perfect base camp for mountaineers, hikers, bikers and Kite-Surfers in the region!

Choice of Cereals, dried fruit and nuts at the breakfast buffett, the every-day offering of either boiled or scrambled egg , the coffee and the richness of cheese and meat/sausage on offer to start the day. Having booked half-board, revealed the best-of all my stay at the Hotel: The very special evening meal , basically 4-5course : Salads, soup, starter , main course and desert, which all were exceptional local / traditional and Italian Cuisine at a very high standard

that I had to leave the Black Eagle too early

im gross und ganzem war es ein sehr guter Aufenthalt

Essen & Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich sehr gut

beim Essen war es etwas laut und eng bestuhlt für das man einen Saal noch frei gewesen hatte. Aber war oke. Karte zum Essen war etwas klein und Knödellastig für die es nicht gerne haben.

Weekend tra relax e sciii

Buona la posizione, per poter esplorare la valle, accedere al comprensorio sciistico. L'hotel offre un parcheggio coperto. Tutti gli spazi comuni, così come la camera sono ben tenuti e pulitissimi. Colazione ben fornita a scelta tra dolce e salato...le marmellate erano molto buone! Su richiesta è possibile avere anche uova strapazzate. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile.

Un po' fuorviante la foto della sauna tra le foto della struttura, perché la sauna in realtà non è disponibile per clienti booking (non ho capito bene e mi sono dimenticato di chiedere se a pagamento fosse stata accessibile). Però, è vero che tra i "servizi" non è elencata (nemmeno a pagamento) e nel caso sarebbe accessibile durante la settimana, no weekend.
