Breakfast was perfect. We loved it!
There was no shampoo or toothpaste in the bathroom. That was definitely very unpleasant. Essential items are important in a hotel. They could also have a small hair comb. They should have a small kit with shampoo, soap, and a toothbrush 😞

Staff were superb, our room was huge with great view. Food was tasty with original vegetarian options every day. Nice spa. Great location. We requested a kettle for our room and the manager brought us a brand new one straight up.
We missed a standup shower in the bathroom and you had to take the elevator to the skiroom. Minor inconveniences.
