Alright, but I'd expect a little more from a 4-star hotel.

* Amazing and delicious five course meal for dinner. * The indoor pool is big and was clean. Pool towels, robes as well as a pool bag was provided. * Our little son also enjoyed the family sauna. * Parking spots were provided. * Bike storage was well received. * We were allowed to use the pool on check-out day and were even provided with pool towels.

* Meager breakfast - not a lot of choices and most of the time it took forever to replace depleted items. Coffee machine could be replaced - the coffee was really bad. Hot chocolate for children was very watery and didn't taste at all like anything resembling cocoa. * The saunas were turned off way before their closing time, resulting in lukewarm rooms, with can be very frustrating for people who'd like to enjoy them right before dinner. * Dinner starting from 6:30 can be a little of a hassle with small children.

Breakfast was amazing with a fantastic selection. The pool is lovely and a decent size.

Mooi groot zwembad, erg goed restaurant, gemoedelijk, echt Oostenrijks hotel. Zeker met halfpension zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding!

Eigenlijk was alles perfect maar zoals ik in andere reviews las is het ook erg warm op de kamer en in dit hotel. De ijskast / minibar uitzetten (maakt lawaai en geeft veel warmte af) en radiatoren bijna dichtdraaien, raam open en dan is het opgelost :-)

Kleine Auszeit

Wir wollten nur eine Nacht noch einen Stopp auf dem Heimweg machen und haben uns wegen dem Wetter noch etwas Wellness gewünscht. Wir haben dieses tolle Hotel gefunden. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal da. Für eine kleine Auszeit genau das Richtige. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Frühstück jedoch herausragend. Wir kommen wieder.

Erholsame Auszeit mit der Familie

Ein schönes, gepflegtes Hotel in einem ruhigen Ort. Optimal zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren aber auch zum Entspannen. Das komplette Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Das Hallenbad und der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Zimmer waren jeden Morgen toll hergerichtet.

Zum Teil schon etwas abgenutzt und offensichtlich geflickt. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart und das Badezimmer hat eine Schiebetür welche nur mäßig schließt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, nette Atmosphäre, viele Möglichkeiten, gut ausgestattete Wellnesslandschaft. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Zimmerservice sehr einfallsreich bei der Bettenherrichtung, ein schönes Extra. Excellentes Essen, reichlich Auswahl zum Frühstück, ausgewogenes Abendmenü bei Halbpension, immer eine vegetarische Alternative im Angebot. Insgesamt ein netter Aufenthalt.

Leider waren die Informationen/Emails, die zur Reservierung im letzten Jahr zugesagten Stellplätze getauscht wurden, nicht ohne weiteres vor Ort Verfügbar. Mit etwas Geschick ließ es sich aber regeln. Die zentrale Lage in den engen Straßen bedeutet leider viel Geräuschkulisse, abends (Gäste in den umliegenden Biergärten) bis spät, sowie früh morgens (Verkehr/Anlieferung). Wenn Autos, Motorräder oder Landwirtschaftliche Fahrzeuge durch die Gassen fahren wird es sehr laut bei geöffnetem Fenster. Dadurch haben wir selten durchgeschlafen. Keine alternative Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Kein Getränkeangebot auf dem Zimmer. An einigen Ecken ist die Ausstattung über die Nutzungszeit hinaus, schwergängige Schranktüren, verkratzte Tische, eingeritzte Namen/Kürzel an Wandschaukästen und WC im Erdgeschoss. Leider haben wir unseren Essenstisch mehr als einmal unzureichend gereinigt vorgefunden. Einzeln alles keine großen Probleme, in Summe jedoch unangenehm. Daher die Abzüge bei der Bewertung.
