Great location, staff very kind, welcoming and efficient. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, lovely and clean. The food is delicious and the drinks are tasty. The hotel is amazing and we will be back soon. Highly recommended!

Stunning view that we could enjoy from huge windows gave us a feeling of open space. Everything was amazing - the location, the food and drinks. The property feels like it’s brand new. Dinner was good, great breakfast! And the staff is nice. Hopefully we come back again..

Wow! The hotel was great and our room was large and well appointed. The spa/pool area was beautiful. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.

Amazing(!!!) food and beautifully designed spa. Loved the arcitecture and the staff was really nice and attentive!

Some of the fixtures in the bath were loose and an electric tea kettle in the room would have been great.

Excellent. Very friendly staff who were very keen to ensure that everything was as we wanted. And it was. Room was good. SPA was good. Dinner was good and breakfast was as good as anywhere I have been.

Beautiful, well kept hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff and great accommodations.

Nearly everything was perfect. Checking in, we were greeted by Daniella who was warm, lovely, and very helpful (and loved our excited Labrador). She showed us our room and made sure we had everything we needed. Making reservations for massages and dinner was so easy. The room was smaller than I thought, but a good size. We had the corner room in the restored villa (not the new building) with a larger than normal balcony with views of the mountains, lake, and valley. It was more than expected and quite fun for our pup! Room felt and looked clean. The bar and front desk was well attended, always ready to help or make us what we want. The restaurant was beautiful, staff seemed happy, spa was lovey (including the pool, sun deck, lounging areas, saunas, etc) and stocked for drinks and snacks. Bathrooms were clean, and although the hotel seemed booked and busy, I never felt crowded, and never had to wait for services/facilities. We really enjoyed the outdoor lunch patio area, it was cozy and with plenty seating. If we stayed longer, we would have taken advantage of more of their services. They had plenty of information on things to do in the area and local spots. Perfect hotel in a great little town to celebrate our Anniversary. I would travel from all around the world just to come back to sleep this place.

Having the tub in the room was great, but only having a frosted glass door to the (very tiny) toilet was strange since there was virtually no privacy. The beds are more comfortable than other hotel beds I’ve stayed in, but for us, they were uncomfortable. We had to open the windows at night for air flow, and surprisingly did not get any mosquito bites. One of the two nights we stayed, someone’s car alarm went off 3-4 times, waking us up, often.

Erholsamer, entspannter Aufenthalt in wunderschönem Hotel mit guten Vibes

Sehr schönes, spezielles Hotel mit interessanter Architektur , moderner Einrichtung und sehr angenehmer Athmosphäre und guten Vibes. Beim Empfang fühlt man sich willkommen, das Personal ist zuvorkommend und respektvoll. Das Frühstück und das Nachtessen ist reichhaltigst, liebevoll angerichtet und sehr fein. Die ruhige Lage am Waldrand und dennoch nahe beim See ist ideal. sodass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Gerne wieder einmal.

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu sagen.

Ottima posizione a due passi dl lago, area tranquilla e molto silenziosa. Ottimi i servizi e il ristorante. Ho apprezzato la colazione per abbondanza, varietà e qualità. Particolarmente piacevole la gentilezza del personale

La mia camera era situata nella parte di villa antica. Il bagno è ricavato all'interno della stanza, senza pareti, solo con un vetro opaco che non fornisce sufficiente privacy. Altre stanze sono strutturate in modo diverso e presentano maggiore comfort

Wieder einen schönen und erholsamen Kurzurlaub erlebt.

Wir waren wieder absolut zufrieden. Es war unser zweiter Urlaubsaufenhalt, immer wieder gerne. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch unerfüllt. Einfach prima. Hier fühlt man sich wohl.
