Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. For the price the room was excellent. Lovely breakfast basket and fridge with milk, juice, water. Very quiet for being over a pub. Need to know, it's a good walk into the centre of Norwhich.

Great location as only a 15 minute walk in to the old part of town. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Easy access to drinks and food. Small fridge in the room. Quirky pub underneath that closed at a reasonable time. Of road dedicated parking for guests.
Nothing we didn’t like. Would stay there again.

The room was clean, nicely decorated with all facilities needed
Shabby in places a bit of maintenance is required, curtain hold back is nearly off wall, light above mirror loose, and towel rail also loose, be careful to make sure the kettle lid clicks in & as the lid fell off whilst pouring the water resulting in boiling water splashing on me, breakfast would have been ok for us but the fridge is obviously not working as the milk was off & lumpy (it was in date) so no morning drinks, cereal or yogurts for us, not really worth what we paid
