Such a unique accommodation - Comfy. Bonus Tassimo Machine!

Room was unique, a little "house" not attached to the hotel. Nice little kitchen with a microwave and even a Tassimo machine. Parking outside the property and not attached to the pub so no pub related noise. The uniqueness of the accommodation was fun. Was comfy and most was clean. Basic breakfast was left with fresh bread loaf from next door bakery. I would stay again as it was 5 mins from a nice Diner and 15 mins from centre

Breakfast was a bit limited for me, I did expect a few more options (I actually expected a cooked breakfast but this was me not reading the listing correctly more then likely) The room / hotel was on a very very busy roundabout. The doors and windows knocked out 80% of the noise. Some noise still came through but did not stop us sleeping

Good value and location ideal for walking to Magistrates Court

Booked as a single female with preference for food/bar onsite but not available on arrival. Everything closed Mon/Tues night, and kitchen closed permanently at present so only bar open Weds/Sun no food served. Information should be updated as misleading when booking online

Used to be nice but now tired.

The location was good and there is off road parking. The property is connected to a pub so you can get a drink when they are open.

Place is tired and in need of maintenance. Kitchenette bulbs needed replacing and toilet roll holder loose and very rusty radiator in the bathroom. Bathroom grout on the floor needed redoing. However, the real issue with this property is that they no longer take payment through Booking.com. They will not accept payment over the phone but require prepayment. They send you a link and you are supposed to click on the link and enter your financial details. Never heard of this company before and I certainly was not going to do that. They finally agreed, after much towing and frowing that I could pay on checkin. I shall not be staying here again.

Tidy and comfortable studio apartment

The place was secure and tidy. I really liked the self contained breakfast kitchen. We were there whilst the pub was closed so it was quiet too.

The rooms could do with some hooks and maybe a shelf in the bathroom.

Location

Cabin needs repairs. Rusty stools Dirty iron and iron board stained Gruby silicone in shower Towel rail loose. Disopointed we have to ask for room service for bread an milk loo rolls dont like to miver for things No change of bedding in 4 days Cracked tiles Microwave no instructions could not use it. Cabin needs some love and attention Bed uncomfortable not a king just two put together so not at same Walls gruby. No brush to sweep up

Good size accommodation with kitchenette. Good selection for breakfast. Very quiet and comfortable. Parking space. Walkable into city centre along the river and past the cathedral. Great place to stay

Staff excellent, very helpfull, sociable, room was clean,and breakfast good,if you wanted more you could ask,and the will bring it to your room for the next day,coffee machine with coffe cups,tea bags,coffee sticks,orange Juice Milk,sereals. Staff very friendly and helpfull, big thumbs up for Tom!!! He knows his job very well.

Clean, tidy but disappointing

This is really a basic place that isn't really close to the city centre.It is clean and tidy, however don't raise your hopes on the breakfast.Ideal for tradesmen and business people wanting a place to sleep and shower, certainly wouldn't want to stay for anymore than a night or so.unfortunately it didn't meet the expectations for my partner and daughter.

Not good breakfast bread,and cereal certainly isn't a continental breakfast. Distance to the city centre Sparse local shops etc

Excellent parking, although set on a busy roundabout access is from a side road which does not link to the roundabout. The room was very clean and well equipped and sound proof, having air-con so that in hot weather you would not hear the traffic. The individual front door meant you are not disturbed by others coming and going.

No shower mat to prevent slips inside the shower.

Nice Castle Chalet

This is a lovely chalet at the back of the castle with a small courtyard. Nice spacious singular room with comfy bed and comfy pillows. The chalet was well presented and clean. No noise from the road nearby as the room is well insulated. I would stay here again. The location is within 5 minutes of Norwich railway station and various pubs and town centre.

The room was like a studio apartment with cooking facilities and a fridge. It was spotlessly clean throughout. It is a short(ish) walk from the city centre with free parking.

Great location. Was able to walk into & out of town easily. Large room. Lots of space. Bed super comfy. Breakfast selection basic but nice. Great value stay. Check in & check out easy and simple. Excellent 12pm check out time! Very generous.

Could hear the bar next door which is open until 2am, but I got home after a night out at 1am so wasn’t really an issue for me.

3 night Castle stay

Very compact yet quiet location. Hot water always present but bathroom would have had more than one hook for clothes ex shower. Also tv connection poor and collapsed every night we were there. Pleasing to see breakfast food etc. And all one would have in the kitchen.

Would have preferred brown bread! Otherwise no complaints. Pity no evening food served in the pub itself.

Lumpy, bumpy and bright

It was welcoming and looked positive.

I didn't like the mattresses they were lumpy and you could feel all of the springs. There was a green light in the middle of the ceiling, when the lights were out the room glowed luminous green and kept us awake.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice fresh bread for breakfast. Good shower. Nice 15 minute stroll into the city along the riverside .

Breakfast was a bit limited for number of individuals but could request more from staff when needed so that was fantastic. Slight confusion over being able to put in 4 single beds opposed to the 2 singles and 1 double bed we had. Still fantastic and very accommodating staff.
