Location and price
Too warm in the room, would've thought a small fridge for cold drinks, especially in this weather.
Bathroom light kept flickering when turned on.

I liked how close it was to the city all the staff that I interacted with were lovely and the check in system was very easy.
Just a couple of things, the bathroom was really out of date with the shower pressure being very weak and the water kept going cold every now and again.

The location was excellent and the facilities although basic were clean and tidy. It was okay for a night stay, but I wouldn't want to stay there longer. Tea and coffee facilities and fridge were available in our room, which was welcome.
The room was compact and the double bed took up most of the available space. Our friend was in a single room on the floor above which was accessed by a very steep staircase, which he found difficult to climb. The hotel is accessed via codes which didn't cause us a problem, but may be difficult others. There were contact numbers to call if you had difficulties.
