Our favourite place for a stay in Norwich!

It’s nice and quiet, easy to park and convenient for the city. Our host went out of her way to make us feel welcome and accommodate our needs. This is the third time we’ve stayed here. Can fully recommend, thank you!

Perfect location for me, just a 5 minute walk from town centre. The hosts are kind, helpful and very approachable. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean & so was the bathroom. Has tea/ coffee making facilities, a tv and storage for clothes. The breakfast smelt and looked fantastic! I will definitely try it next time. Thank you

This is a brilliantly located and fantastically managed property if you're staying in Norwich.

The welcome by the host was friendly and efficient, with good communication in advance re. arrival time. The location is a short walk from the station, so very convenient, and on a very quiet road. The rooms was scrupulously clean.

The decor/furnishings are a bit dated, however this is merely aesthetic and the room as it is represents great value for the price.

The host is lovely and location was perfect. The room had everything I needed, no frills but good value. Super charming, bnb vibe.

What a great hotel!

Fantastic stay throughout: I was warmly greeted by Vivian, the proprietor, upon arrival and shown my room as well as how everything worked. The small room was perfect for my needs, with a kettle, towels, and an in-room heater I if it got cold. The shared bathroom, only a few steps away, was immaculate the entire stay. Great care has been taken at this lovely hotel, as everything looks neat, clean, and kept up. Vivian was kind enough to let me leave my bag until my train left. The station was an easy 6 min walk. I won't hesitate to return when I'm back in Norwich.

Delicious breakfast. Good location. Easy walk from train station. Hostess, Vivian, stored our bags for us so we could walk around the city unencumbered. Very pleasant and helpful.

Me and my daughter loved our stay here at abbey hours house. Fab location, minutes from the train station and beautiful surroundings. Great overnight stay with amazing service

Amazing staff, very comfy bed and great location. Parking was easy and the added bonus of the permit was extremely helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and great value, would stay again!

The location was ideal. I travelled by train. Abbey Guest House is only 5 minutes walk from the station. Equally it is only 5 minutes from the lovely river walk to the Cathedral quarter and the beautiful area surrounding this part of the city I had not booked breakfast in advance but did so on arrival. The cost was modest to say the least , particularly in view of the size of the breakfast. The room was clean, likewise the en- suite area.The bed was extremely comfortable. I was very surprised that the room had air- conditioning- most welcome in the heat.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. All round the Abbey Guest House represents a fabulous value for money stay. Thank you

Breakfast was superb and catered for my non red meat diet.

Shared bathroom facilities but for the price it was more than acceptable. I never had to wait. There was a second toilet facility so no worrying pain.
