We have stayed at this hotel and always been happy with it. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Yes it is a little dated but if you want something fancy then pay twice the price elsewhere. For the price on a Saturday night in Norwich it's great. Always very clean and comfy. Nice and quite too, and a few minutes walk to the train station and Riverside. Thanks very much no doubt we'll be back soon!

Loved the property and the staff. Only problem was it was so noisy people ealking past didnt seem to care about others trying to sleep at 2/3am

Nice hotel in a good location. Walkable to the city centre and close to plenty of restaurants. With good level of parking space and friendly hotel staff. The cleanliness of the hotel however needs improving.

It’s a lower rate for a reason
Heating was uncontrolled shower was also uncontrolled freeze and scald for a minute adjustment of the pitiful flow
